Greetings Adventurers,


The service of Bless Unleashed PC is handled by VALOFE as of January 26th, 2022.
As a lot of questions regarding the service transfer were found in our community channels, we would like to share the answer to major questions.

[Account Related]


Q. How will the account transfer be processed?
A. As it’s a simple transfer of the service operation ownership, processes such as account transfer will not be processed.
However, players need to agree ‘EULA’ before accessing the game since the service transfer on January 26th.

Q. Will all game data be deleted after the service transfer?
A. No. The current character data will remain the same and players can still continue playing the game even after the service transfer.

Q. Can the characters or items be deleted?
A. As long as players don’t delete characters by themself, characters and items will not be deleted.

Q. Do players need a VALOFE ‘VFUN’ account?
A. Players can play the game using the current Steam account without creating a VALOFE ‘VFUN’ account.

[Purchase Related]


Q. Will the purchase history and cash items for Bless Unleashed PC remain?
A. All the purchase history in Steam and cash items will remain.

Q. Can the purchase still be available after the service transfer?
A. Yes, you can purchase products in the same way.

Q. What will happen to the Roadmap plan?
A. We tried to follow the update schedule promised in the roadmap, but it’s getting delayed due to the service transfer.
We will make efforts to share the update schedule as soon as the review of the future update plan by VALOFE is done.

First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation to everyone.

We would like to inform you that the service of Bless Unleashed PC will be provided by VALOFE as of January 26th, 2022.
[VALOFE], a global game company that handles development, publishing and operation,
will take the overall service of Bless Unleashed PC.

We deeply apologize for sharing this sudden news.

Please also be informed that this transfer of service will not affect your access to the game through Steam.

1) Steam : Change of Steam platform publishing ownership
- As the game data and account/payment information related to the game are based in the Steam platform, a transfer of them will not be performed.


2) Official Website(blessunleashedpc.com) : Block of new registration and deletion of all membership data
- A registration for the official website will be blocked and all membership data will be deleted.
- Date of Registration Block : December 27th, 2021
- Date of Official Website Membership Deletion : January 24th, 2022
- Block of In-game Account Linking (blessunleashedpc.com) : December 27th, 2021


3) Customer Support : Operation of official website customer support
- For your inquiry, please contact us through the customer support on the official website.

※ Notes
- The current character data will remain the same and players can still continue playing the game even after the service transfer.


As the change of publishing ownership, the game play will be available after the agreement on ‘EULA’ while launching Bless Unleashed PC.
VALOFE will also make extra efforts and continue to discuss the content update and the future service direction.

A server patch was performed at around December 22nd 4:30PM (PST) / December 23rd 1:30AM (CET) as a response to issues found in the current game version.

- Fixed a bug where the “Increases Damage” effect, one of the item effects, is not applied when hitting with some skills.
* There is an issue where the “Increases Damage” effect is not applied to some timed effects by a long-range skill, and this will be fixed in the future.

Event 1. Defeat monsters and get additional Gold! [Gold Support Event]



• Increases PvE Gold Gain +50%


Event 2. More Star Seeds will be given! [Star Seed Exchange Support Event]



• Increases Star Seed Exchange Rate +50%


Event 3. Go fishing and get Star Seed! [Fishing Content Support Event]



• A Reward Chest containing Star Seed will be additionally given when completing the Fishing regional quests in 5 places during the event period.
* Reward Chest : Contains 1,000 Star Seed
* Places for Fishing regional quest : Carzacor / South Sperios / Padana / Timeless Jungle / Beoran


※ Notes
- For the Fishing content support event, the reward is not displayed on the UI and the event reward chest will be automatically given when completing the Fishing regional quests.
- If an unexpected issue occurred during the event period, the event rewards may be changed or the event may be finished earlier.

Christmas trees are coming to the world of Bless Unleashed~! For a cold but warm winter, a winter event begins now.

[2021 Feywinter Festival Event], a beauty of Bless Unleashed!! Defeat the monsters all over Lumios, obtain the event coins, and exchange the coins for special event rewards!
Do not miss the chance to get special rewards of the Feywinter Festival Event; “Feywinter Festival Hat”, “Feywinter Festival Costume” and “Feywinter Reindeer”! Enjoy watching Noble District of Sperios full of winter vibe!



Feywinter Festival Event



■ Event Period : Maintenance on December 22nd ~ Maintenance on January 12th (PST)

■ Event Reward : After obtaining “Feywinter Festival Coins”, the coins can be exchanged for various event items through the event merchant. And “Feywinter Festival Hat”, “Feywinter Festival Costume” and “Feywinter Reindeer” can be obtained from “Feywinter Festival Chest”.





Event 1. “Feywinter Festival Chest” can be obtained once every day.





  • Get an event gift from the tree located at Noble District of Sperios.
  • “Feywinter Festival Chest” can be obtained for a Lv.15 or above character.


Event 2. Event coins can be obtained from defeating monsters spawning in the world during the event period.



<*> More coins can be obtained from defeating “Feywinter Festival Monsters”.
<*> “Feywinter Festival Coins” cannot be obtained at the early regions; from Marco's Farmstead up to arrival at Carzacor.


Event 3. Collect 8 pieces of “Feywinter Map Fragment” dropped from the Feywinter Festival Monsters and bring them to “Feywinter Festival Cartographer” to get Treasure Maps with the location of Feywinter Treasure Chests.






  • “Feywinter Festival Coins” can be obtained from the “Feywinter Treasure Chest”.
  • Places with Feywinter Treasure Chest :Carzacor, Navarra, Gnoll Wastes, Ruins of Tristezza, Sperios


Event 4. Defeat “Feywinter Frost Giant” spawning around Tremont Fishing Hole of Sperios and at Alicorno Forest.
A lot of “Feywinter Festival Coins” can be obtained from defeating this monster.





▶ Event Notes

  1. The main rewards; “Feywinter Festival Hat”, “Feywinter Festival Costume” and “Feywinter Reindeer” can be obtained from the “Feywinter Festival Chest” by rate. Please note that participating in the event does not guarantee obtaining these items.
  2. The unused event coins will remain in your Bag and can be used again during the same event in the future.
  3. For the remaining “Feywinter Festival Coins” to still be exchanged even after the event period, the event merchants will remain for 1 more week after the event is finished.
  4. Please note that “Feywinter Festival Coins” can no longer be exchanged if the event merchant is not visible.
