We’ve been working on some explosive developments since Blocksplode’s Demo debuted in Steam’s February Games Festival last month and have a lot of exciting news to share with you.
The background graphics have now been reworked with a focus on changing the original floating islands!
The background rock geometry and materials have been modified so they now match perfectly with the cleaner look of the blocks and pool area.
We’ve added to the visual interest with the addition of rounded grass mounds, blocky trees, smaller rocks, grass tufts and flowers.
We’re now eager to start working on a brand new desert island background that will liven up select levels and turn up the heat! Stay tuned…

Blocksplode Demo Officially Closed
Gather round, gamers!
Blocksplode's Demo has now officially come to a close this 22nd February, but we're still celebrating!
Since the Demo's launch during the Steam Games Festival, we've had 43,000 explosions and over 250,000 blocks sunk too! We've also had countless streams, screenshots, and more to enjoy from our community
So, thank you for playing our Demo, for blowing us away with your feedback, and for adding Blocksplode to your Steam Wishlist too!
Be sure to mark your calendars for the Blocksplode Live Stream on Wednesday 3rd Feb at 14:00 US central (8 pm GMT).
We will show off some awesome gameplay, highlight key game features, and answer your questions about Blocksplode! We’re excited to know what you think, what you plan to do, and what amazing stuff you guys are looking forward to in the game!

Blocksplode Developer Stream & FREE Demo - Steam Game Festival!
Hello there!
We are ecstatic to introduce to the world what we have been working on! A demo of Blocksplode is available for you to try and enjoy during the Steam Game Festival!
Do you need a challenging physics-based game that will awaken the demolition expert in you? Then Blocksplode is the perfect game for you! Try out several levels that will test your puzzle-solving prowess not by putting things back together, but by blowing stuff up into pieces!
Beautiful graphics, challenging gameplay, and satisfying physics-based puzzles solvable by placing bombs on the right spot, all that fun in one demo!
Also, there will be a live stream with the developers on February 3rd at 2PM US Central Standard Time. On that stream, developers will show off some awesome gameplay, highlight key game features, and answer your questions about Blocksplode!
