Fixed a few bugs. Made the Divemaster roll in off of the boats at the start of the levels. Added a few extra sound bites for him, also!

Made it so that the player will use more air when boosting, and less air when they are static in the water.
Made it possible for the player to boost when they are resurfacing also!
