A Bad Game Of Football - From the developers of Bonkies
Finally, 1½ years after the release of Bonkies, we are proud to release the Early Access for our second title A Bad Game Of Football.
Even though in very different genres, Bonkies and A Bad Game Of Football share the same colorful and playful style, A Bad Game Of Football is quite a bit more explosive though.
Despite releasing a Football game on the same day as the Early Access of the last FIFA, we don't aim to compete. We aim to compliment. This is a game for people bored of yearly iterations of realistic Football simulation games.

It is the unlikely combo of Football mechanics and RTS controls.
You are in full control of your entire team! Where they are, what they do - or don't do (no more blaming poor scripting).
Football players in A Bad Game of Football come with their own personal health bar and are quite expendable, one of them dies? No problem. Simply gather resources to buy a new one!
And if RTS controls and resource management wasn't enough RTS influence: We have trainers! They come with different abilities, different maps, different outfits.
A Bad Game Of Football is a lighthearted take on both RTS and Football.

We're not dead - Dev Stream
It's been a while since we streamed Bonkies, or even wrote an announcement here. But we haven*t forgotten you all who play or wishlisted the game.
On Friday the 12th of August we're going to stream Bonkies here, as well as on Twitch (and possibly YouTube). You are welcome to join our Discord, or chat with us via either of the platforms through which we stream. Feel free to ask us anything!
Once Upon a Jester - a theatrical, musical adventure is coming to PC in 2022!

We are very glad to announce Once Upon a Jester - a new diamond in our publishing lineup!
Once Upon a Jester is being developed by Bonte Avond - a game studio made up of 4 musicians. They really like going with first ideas and putting lots of homemade indie music in their games. Always trying to be conscious of diversity in their games a- there’s a lot of jokes in Bonte Avond’s games, but never at anyone's expense. You may heard of them because of their previous game - Everybody Wham Wham.

The game is a story about best friends Sok & Jester planning a mischievous scheme to steal the Royal Diamond! To complete their master plan, they must start an improv theatre show and outperform every other act - including their rivals, Hofnar & Bok. Only becoming the best show in the kingdom will get them invited to the Royal Theatrical Spectacle in the Royal Palace, where the king keeps his precious gem.
They embark on a grand adventure across a fantasy kingdom, meeting tons of wacky characters, performing improvised shows and singing their hearts out. Along the way, they unintentionally discover the freedom and joy of musical theatre. Will the pair change their wicked ways or do whatever it takes to get rich?

Bonkies is all about wholesome cooperation and good, light-hearted fun!
We know that some of our Cadets are well trained video game veterans with much experience and a professional, goal-oriented attitude. But we also know some of some of our Cadets appreciate a less-challenging experience, that requires a bit less coordination and provides a more relaxed time.
So, to make sure everyone can enjoy Bonkies at their own pace, we're introducing two difficulty modes!

Chill mode introduces changes like:
A more forgiving physics engine, which makes the blocks easier to manipulate
Longer time limits required to finish a level
Special blocks take longer to explode
Jetpacks take longer to overload
For those of you who enjoyed the original mix of fun and challenge, the professional mode is just the way you like it.
So if you know someone that you'd like to play Bonkies with, but weren't sure if they'd be up to the challenge, now is the time to invite them to have fun together!
