Dotoyou Game has come a long way over the past ten years, and as a small team of a dozen people, this is our first multiplayer game.
During the four years of development, we encountered many difficulties.
We went through crashes, lagging, disappearing characters, and even faced challenges with testing, finding a publisher, and marketing.
However, seeing the once laggy levels become smooth, witnessing strange physics and glitches normalize, and watching the initially crude little box grow into the adorable big box it is today, we are finally able to introduce Breaking Box to all of you. We can finally deliver something to ourselves and the patient players who have been waiting.
We acknowledge that the game still has many flaws and bugs.
We hope that you can see the highlights of Box Splitting and we will continue to improve the game's experience.
To that end, we will arrange version updates as soon as possible.
The map module feature is currently under development, allowing multiple maps to be combined into one, and it will be released once the corresponding UI is complete.
We will also optimize the friend adding process in multiplayer rooms to provide a better team experience for players.
The World Mode will continue to be updated, bringing more surprises for everyone. Stay tuned!

Q: What can i do in the single-player mode and how long is corresponding game duration?
A: The current version features an JUST UP mode with hard difficulty, taking approximately 1 hour to complete. It also includes a world mode with 100 easy levels, which can be completed in about 3 to 5 hours. Additionally, there is an endless challenge mode with 400+ levels, offering random difficulty and providing over 10 hours of gameplay.
Q: What should I do if I get stuck in the endless challenge mode?
A: On the left-side collapsible panel in the main interface, click on the leaderboard and map ranking. Search for maps where players have successfully completed the challenging levels, and watch their recorded gameplay. (A skip level mechanism may be implemented in the future.)
Q: Can the JUST UP mode be played in multiplayer?
A: Yes, it can be played in multiplayer. When selecting maps in the multiplayer room, search for the keyword "1vz6uafef" and choose a map to play. However, completion rewards can only be obtained through single-player challenges in the main interface.
Q: How can I add game friends?
A: In the world chat, click on a player's avatar to follow them. After following, you can invite them to join your room. You can also see recently played players in the friend function on the left-side collapsible panel in the main interface. Click on follow to invite them to your room. (Friend and room functions will be further optimized after the game is launched.)
Q: How do I upload maps?
A: When you meet the conditions for map upload , click on the upload map button and wait for the map to be reviewed. Players will receive a notification after the review process, and once approved, the map can be selected in multiplayer rooms. High-quality maps will be included in the endless challenge mode and leaderboard!
