Brick Blaster version 1.1 released!

Changes:
- Difficulty levels in Endless Arcade introduced. As difficulty level goes up, the bricks will fall faster.
- Added more game information to the Help section.
- Bug fix: Volume controls could be manipulated when they shouldn't while Gamepad sub-menu was up.
