Scanner - cops can scan players and vehicles to get information about them like name, vehicle speed, and criminal record.
Taser - cops can tase other players, false tasing will result in CP penalties.
Drag Players - cops can drag restrained players, put them into vehicles and get them out.
Night Vision - press F5 to toggle if until it will be connected to an item.
