Hello everyone! The b_0.6.013 update is here!
We're here with some significant news about an update that we've been diligently working on. Let's talk about the key features:
Local Multiplayer: In response to your requests, we've added local multiplayer to our game. You can now enjoy Buildest with friends on a single computer using up to four controllers. We've made sure to optimize this experience for comfort and enjoyment.
Remote Play: For those who prefer to game from different PCs, we enabled the Remote Play Steam feature. Connect with your friends and play online.
Sandbox: Buildest is finaly architecture playground. You'll have the freedom to craft your buildings, design levels with personalized level objectives, and even construct entire gaming campaigns. This extends to recreating all 46 levels from scratch, offering endless creative possibilities.
Steam Workshop Support: Sharing your creations or exploring others' designs is now made effortless through Steam Workshop integration. Dive into a pool of user-generated content and discover fresh perspectives on gameplay and design.
Alternative Camera and Settings: A new camera option with adjustable speed has been added for a refined viewing experience. Additionally, we've expanded the settings menu, providing more options for fine-tuning your gameplay environment.
Bug Fixes and Polish: We've dedicated time to addressing various issues and applying polishing touches across the game.
We greatly value your involvement and input, which have played a crucial role in refining the Buildest experience. We're genuinely excited to share this progress with you.
Happy constructing!

Update b_0.6.010
Hello everyone! In the b_0.6.010 update, we have:
added the ability to customize keyboard controls! Some players complained about inconvenient controls, and now you can customize them to your liking - for example, move with WASD or build with Num5 - choose the keys that suit you best!
slightly changed the tutorial, based on your gameplay experience
changed the logic of selection movement in project mode - now the wall selection moves in a circular manner
fixed a bug with connecting 5+ players, animation freeze of builders, and a few other minor bugs
We are starting to work on adding the main features - sandbox mode and local multiplayer, and continue to listen to your feedback. If you have any comments and suggestions on how to improve Buildest, we would be happy to hear them on our Discord channel.
Thanks to all our players, Pasha and Olya
First week update b_0.6.009
Hello everyone We've been collecting feedback from you all week, trying to fix as many bugs as possible and make as many improvements to the gameplay as possible. Here's what we managed to do:
The main news is that going up the floors now happens automatically! You don't need to take any action to climb to a new construction level, but you can still use the same buttons to go down below if you want to
We have added hints in the lower right corner of the screen explaining which button activates which action. We sincerely hope that this will make the game process more convenient, especially for beginners
Fixed a bug with not exiting the download mode after completing a level. In some cases, this bug led to the disconnect of the cooperative game, now this will not happen
The time for reconstruction of the trajectory of the builders' movement after the demolition of the wall was shortened
We blocked the main menu control for the second player
Unfortunately, the problem with connecting players from the USA turned out to be bigger than we thought. As it turned out, the company that owns the servers that provide us with a multiplayer game does not have the ability to automatically connect players who are far from each other and connect to different servers - unfortunately, we did not even suspect this. This problem only concerns players from different parts of the world, for example, the USA-Europe or Asia-South America. We are very sorry if you encounter any inconvenience because of this. To date, this problem remains unresolved, but we will do everything possible to eliminate it.
Also among the plans for the near future is to improve the tutorial and fix some bugs with animations and builders getting stuck. If you have comments, ideas or suggestions on how to improve Buildest - we will be very happy to hear them in our discord channel! We are happy to continue working on the game together with the community and are grateful to everyone who gives us their feedback. Together we will make Buildest even better!
Thanks to all our players, Pavel and Olga.
The USA players may have troubles playing online
Hi everyone, Sadly, we are getting messages that some of our players cannot connect to their friends to play Buildest together. We discovered that majority of issues comes from the USA connection. Right now we are contacting our partners that provide us with online services, it may be a local server issue, so we’ll need a couple of days to fix the problem. In any case, we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
We are very, very sorry if you are faced with this situation. Thank you for your patience
