Dear Gamers,

It has been over a year since first emerged from the shadows as Fractured Rogue Studios with our first release, Caelus Trident, and that time has been amazing. Over the past few months we were absolutely flabbergasted by the response that CT received during the free weekend during what appeared to be the beginnings of Covid-19 Quarantines. We expected one or two downloads, and were happy to do our part — however small — to help people combat isolation. We did not anticipate nearly one million downloads. We did not anticipate the waves of constructive feedback to follow — the clearest being that Caelus Trident should have been free all along. After a month of debate we at Fractured Rogue Studios have agreed to correct this. Beginning Saturday May 30th Caelus Trident will be free to play and keep on Steam and Itch.io. We would like to take this time to thank everyone who played the game. Whether you picked it up for free or were one of the kind souls to toss a few coins our way, you have done so much to shape how we move forward. We cannot thank you enough. We look forward to bigger and brighter days ahead, and keep on flying Captains!
