The game files are updated to support Mac Big Sur. The update won't affect the current save files.
Please let me know if there's any further issue.

CAFE 0 ~The Drowned Mermaid~ Update and The Missing Persistent Save Data
CAFE 0 ~The Drowned Mermaid~ is now updated so that it will work with Mac OSx Catalina.

There is one problem though, the persistent save data which stores the information of the unlocked CGs, items and endings might be reset. This is also occurred in the Windows version.
The issue is happened because the previous version was made using Renpy 6.99.6 and to work with Catalina, I need to update the Renpy version to 7.3.5.
To make the save data work with the newest version, you need to open the save data step-by-step from Renpy 6.99.6, 6.99.7 to 6.99.8 (or 6.99.9) before opening it with this version. I'm very sorry but I'm clueless myself about what might cause this issue.

The solution I can offer are:
1. Send me your persistent save data inside game/saves/ folder and I will fix that and send it back to you.
2. I can send you the persistent save data with a cleared game data to unlock all the CGs and others, but please don't use this if you haven't fully cleared the game as it might mess up with your achievements.

This issue doesn't happen with the French version though as it's made using Renpy 7.2.2.

The regular save data which saves your gaming progress will not be affected and won't be reset. This issue is only related with the persistent data.

The game update is at late October 18, 2019, so people who played after the update will not be affected.

CAFE 0 The Drowned Mermaid 1.4.1 Update
I was thinking to notarize this game to make it work with Mac Catalina, but then I noticed the current version doesn't work well even in my High Sierra (Windows one is okay). The major problem are "achievements are not triggered", and "depends on the language the game might not be able to launch on Mac." These are fixed now.

I'm very sorry that I'm very late to notice it. The notarization might take a while as there are too many build to update at my side. At the mean while, I updated the current game with renpy 7.3.5, so it will work fine with all Mac including Catalina.
Still, it needs to be notarized or it will stop working at 2020.

This game though, is not my prioritize yet, and therefore I will notarize it later after I've done with my others game.
