Café Rouge
Prologue released
It is I, your favorite Princess, Sonya! I'm pleased to announce that we have just released the extra story of Café Rouge, the prologue bonus story!
This is the final and last extra story, with the prologue featuring the MC's cousin "Ayla" who is a custom character by our Kickstarter backer Sarah1281, or my sister Lisa Brennan-Jobs. I made a few twists in this bonus story, based on her book "Small Fry" after reading a few snippets from her memoir online as well as watching her video interviews she did for the mainstream media, on YouTube.
What's left to finish now is the art book, and sending out the hardcover physical book exclusives to Kickstarter backers, and then the last Kickstarter backers (physical and digital art book pledgers) will receive their rewards, and the Café Rouge Kickstarter will be wrapped up.
Now that this story is released, the Café Rouge visual novel series is officially complete, with a combined total of 40 possible endings you can achieve in this game.
This is also most likely the last Steam update I will be making of Café Rouge, as now I can focus on new games and new stories to make. So to all of you, thank you for being on this game development journey for 3+ years with me, without all of your guys' support, we wouldn't have made this game possible with all the new stories that came with this remake of the original Adobe Flash game!

Demian and Candice Romance Route released
I am pleased to announce that Demian and Candice's romance story is released! Unlike Demian's True Love route, Candice's romance with Demian is rather short..... but even so, we put a lot of effort into making this, so I hope you guys enjoy it!
As for the final and last extra story still yet to be completed, the prologue featuring the MC's cousin "Ayla" who is a custom character by our Kickstarter backer Sarah1281, here is the planned release date for the final story:

Candice' Romance Route released!
I am happy to announce that since this afternoon, I have decided to release Candice's story a day early... so yes, Candice's romance route has been released and is now available to play on Steam! Not only that, we added a last bonus CG illustration to the good ending to Demian's True Love route, so replay Niara and Demian's love story to unlock it and see for yourself!
As for the last extra stories still yet to be completed, here is the full list left, and the planned release dates for the last two stories:

I also have news concerning the art book. DAX, our GUI and system designer is also going to be creating the art book, and she has officially started since the end of May 2022! We estimate the art book will be completed in 3-5 months and then we will make it available for purchase digitally as a separate DLC on Steam. Right now it looks like the price will be $25, but that's just a rough estimate because that's what the Kickstarter backers paid for when they pledged on our crowdfunding campaign. Depending on how many pages there will be, we might lower the price... or it might increase.

Sorry for the delay, Sonya and her team had been dealing with a site-wide emergency on the CloudNovel platform, and due to the safety of the entire CloudNovel community, we had to shift our focus to protecting our underage users.

Diane's Romance Route released
I am happy to announce that since this evening, Diane's romance route has been released and is playable on Steam! Now that we have our first official yuri romance route, we hope you gentlemen enjoy romancing our lovely waitress Diane. We hope you enjoy our first ever "yuri" or female romance route, where you can romance one of the female characters of Cafe Rouge, as a female character yourself.
As for the last 2 females (Adeline and Candice), here is the full list of stories left to complete, and the planned release dates:

- Demian and Candice story - May 23rd

Demian's True Love (Part 2) Romance Route Released
We hope you all had a great Christmas. It is my pleasure to announce that the final part of Demian's True Love romance route, is now released.
We spent literally half a year to craft this story, and lots of blood + sweat + tears were put into making this game. Me and MadhattersTwin (the Kickstarter backer) spent months working on this, and we are extremely happy with the result. I only hope you will all enjoy playing it as much as we did making it.
Now we have the following 5 stories still left to create, all from the Kickstarter campaign we ran way back in 2019. They are:
- Demian and Candice Romance Route
- Prequel bonus story
- Diane's Romance Route
- Adeline's Romance Route
- Candice's Romance Route
The 3 female romance routes will have 4 endings each, just like the 3 male romance routes (Aldo, Chris, Errol) but the prequel and Demian + Candice story will most likely be a little different, depending on what Sonya decides to do. They might be linear stories with no choices, so it'll be like a kinetic story, but since the goal is the finish all these stories by May 2022, we will do everything we can to meet this deadline.
Then, when the game is completely finished, we can finish the art book and add the digital artbook as a DLC to the Steam copy of the game. It won't be free unfortunately and we haven't decided on a price yet, but it will be the same as what the other Kickstarter backers paid for the digital artbook. Physical hardcover artbooks will only be sent out to Kickstarter backers who have pledged for $100 and up.
Some have also asked us whether or not we will include a CG gallery feature in the game. Unfortunately no, instead we have decided that we will include all the CG illustrations in a zip file available for download as a DLC, completely free, as long as you bought a copy of the game on Steam.

Demian's True Love (Part 1) Romance Route Released
This route is a special story for a Kickstarter backer who wanted her character to be Demian's soul mate in the Café Rouge story, so we crafted this special romance route for all the Demian fans out there who want to date Demian (but couldn't in the main story because well, it'd be weird for Isis, the MC, to date him) as well as create a new character named Niara to be Demian's one, and only, love of his life.
The synopsis of the story is:
After Isis and Antoine's joyous reunion, Demian comes to work, as usual, only to find the door mysteriously unlocked. As he ventures inside, he finds a young woman inside Café Rouge. Who could she be, and why was she at the café all alone at night?
Ever since the beginning of Summer, both Madhatter (the Kickstarter Backer) and I have been working hard to bring this new story to you guys. We decided to make it extra long because we wanted this story to be special, since many people want to get to know the character Demian more, so we put in a lot of hard work to bring a whole new romance route to you guys.
We sincerely hope that you enjoy this special treat we brought to all of you, and we will continue working on this story until we finish it on Christmas day 2021 to release the final part.

Errol's Romance Route released
Errol's romance route was released this evening, so happy early Valentine's day!
All of the 6 available male love interests have been complete, so all that's left is the bonus side stories and the female romance routes.

Unfortunately, our writer Kristi had to stop writing after finishing writing the 3 extra male love interests' routes (Aldo, Chris, Errol) so I (Sonya) will be taking over as writer again.
What this basically means is that the 6 stories left will take more time than originally planned, so it won't be until 2022 where we can start releasing the digital art book, and complete the whole game.
However, for now, please enjoy Errol's romance route! We hope you have fun reading his story :)
