-Fixed collision bugs on Level 8
-You can no longer skip Reginald's cutscene to prevent him spawning
-Pressing "back to menu" at level select now saves your last selected level
-Frozen ghost not destroying his collider when unfrozen
-World 3 mushroom HUD icon changed
