Captain Coffer, an immortal yet feeble hero, must speedrun across 16 stages with increasing complexity and difficulty while the hourglass counts down to zero. 60 seconds, 1 doubloon. Choose your path wisely, and manage your doubloons while discovering the best ways to time your movements amidst worlds infested with grumpy goons which will only slow you down.
Whether you are an early adopter or are playing the game for the first time, feel free to share your experiences or best runs with others. P.S. Since launch, we've had a couple of quality-of-life updates, but there is the potential for something much more substantial on the horizon. Stay tuned for a potential "Bonus Bounty" epilogue adventure where the noble Captain is challenged once more in the winds of a blizzard: with new foes, mechanics, challenges, and a power-up that enables further leaps yonder.
Second QoL Hotfix - V1.02
Good afternoon, just checking in to let everyone know that a new update is being pushed out for release shortly. Just another two revisions that will hopefully make your adventures through the world of Captain Coffer that much more enjoyable for the foreseeable future.
Added animation for text output in cutscenes
Removed window mode option from in-game pause menu to avoid accidental toggle press

Post-Launch, QoL Hotfix - V1.01
Greetings, everyone! Thank you to all of the early adopters of Captain Coffer 2D, I hope you're all enjoying this peg-legged treasure chest's quest.
Just releasing a small quality-of-life update after noticing a small issue with ladders and some confusion concerning the control scheme with a subset of new players.
Addressed collision/stun-lock bug when grabbing ladders with Cocos nearby
Added small tooltip for basic controls at the beginning of Stage 01
