Button Hard Reset
Added button 'Hard Reset' to the settings.
The game will start from scratch!

1000 Items.
Added the ability to buy items in a stack.

When the CTRL key is held down and the SHIFT key is held down,
you can buy up to 1000 items.

Vortex Prestige.
Added option to Super Prestige - Vortex Prestige.
If you take Vortex Prestige, the normal Prestige will not reset.
