The Cassette Beast 2024 Showcase + Multiplayer Beta Instructions!
We’re so excited to be able to announce a launch day for the upcoming Multiplayer Update to Cassette Beasts - May 20th!
This new update brings some cool new ways to play together with friends:
- Party-up with up to 8 players, all visible in your world as you travel!
- Battle your friends in 1v1, and even assign custom rules to your battle such as enabling/disabling sticker attributes!
- Trade tapes with each other, including any stickers you’ve applied!
- Team up for raid battles against Rogue Fusions to receive Cyber Material to help you obtain Bootlegs faster!

Cassette Beasts - Multiplayer Feature Showcase
As we head towards the end of the year, we wanted to give the community an update on how things are coming along with the upcoming Multiplayer Update. We've also had some questions about what exact features are going to be included, so we've put together a new video that shows them off - check it out!
When playing online, you'll be able to:
- Party up with up to 8 friends, all visible in your world!

The Multiplayer Update is coming Q1 2024 for all versions of Cassette Beasts - we had initially hoped to have it out this year but we've had to delay it a little longer to reach parity across all platforms. We've also had a lot of questions about whether the online functions will allow for crossplay between platforms - we're not able to confirm or deny this at this point in time but will do so when we know for sure.
