In previous devlog we talked about renting your property to tenants, and today we would like to talk about decorating your medieval houses in order to make it more attractive to your future tenants.
Once the house is built, you can start to decorate your rental property as you want! All of the available decorations and furniture can be found in the inventory. There are already hundreds of different types of furniture and other home accessories, and we are still working on increasing the number. Additionally, you can create your sets of furniture, and assign pieces of furniture to keys.

As you know from previous devlogs, you can put your property up for rent to ensure a steady income.
Once the house is built, you can rent it to tenants. In oder to do this, you have to place a "for rent sign" in front of the house. You can interact with this sign to see a special UI that displays people who are interested in renting the property from you. Remember that each of them will have their own requirements regarding the area and the rental cost.
After you decide to rent your house to someone, you have to remember about collecting the rental fee regularly. Additionally, you have to clean the house or repair broken furniture. Some of your tenants will pay you a very high rental fee and they will have higher expectations than others. In this case, you’ll have to have to fix something more often.

The process of repairing furniture will involve working in two stages. First off, you have to place missing parts. Once you’ve placed them, you have to drive nails by using a hammer.
When it comes to repairing damaged walls, you have to find all the missing elements, and then you have to fix all the holes.

Before you can start renovating the old castle, you have to clean up all the rooms inside. For example, you have to replace scattered furniture or remove garbage. It allows you to complete the mission and also gives you a chance to earn some money!
Each cleaning mode works differently. If you want to clean off the walls and floors, you have to hold the left mouse button. To remove all the garbage, you have to click the left mouse button.
But what is the best way to clean up the chambers? First of all, remove all the garbage. Then you can clean off the walls, floors and other surfaces. The last step is replacing scattered furniture.

Castle Flipper is focused not only on building new castles and designing interiors, but also on completing quests, which allows you to earn funds required to create your own dream kingdom.
Various quests, such as renovating old castles, flipping interiors, making minor repairs, cleaning etc. will let you earn enough gold needed for building. As soon as you collect the required money, you can start building castles and houses!
In the later stage of the game, you can let the houses, which will ensure a steady income.
