Earlier this year we posted a announcement on STEAM that we broke connection with former publisher and got our IP back. Since we are a small team and contacting community also takes time which we should allocate into making a game better we became silent afterwards.
I know that you have tons of questions and you are dying to know what's going on with the game. For many we just can't answer just yet. Specially about the dates of early access or a full launch. This is coming but there are still way too many moving pieces to tell you the exact date.
However... we miss you too guys! We miss our loyal inmates! Our Chains of Fury supporters. We want to keep in touch with you. Interaction with you gives us power to push forward and crush all the walls and destroy all the obstacles which try to stop us from finishing this awesome game.

Hi, this is Chris. Main developer of Chains of Fury. Some of you may already know since I posted it on our social media but since our Steam Page is also back in our hands I can post it here as well.
We got our IP Back. We decided to split our ways with the former publisher. It took us a while but it was well worth it. Now we have total control over the project. I will not go into details of our cooperation with the former publisher. The only thing I would like to say that after our successfull Kickstarter campaign which was successful mainly due to efforts of me and my team we got impression that they did not share the same vision of marketing the game as we wanted it to be marketed. We are all adults. I wish them well. Let them do their thing. We will do ours.
What happens now?
Lot of stuff is going on at the moment. We are closing the legal stuff and wrapping up the transition. We still need to sort out the transition of the Kickstarter Page. Hopefully we will do iron it out next week. In the same time we have reinstated the development of the game. After the kickstarter we had to put it on hold but now we are back in action. The game is being redesigned and improved. All Kickstarter prizes and promises will be fulfilled. The game will probably launch in Early Access sometimes next year but since we are changing and improving a lot of core systems I dont want to risk giving a date.

Dear Kickstarter Backers
Your wait is over. The Backers Demo is ready and being deployed. You should find a Steam game code politely waiting for you in your e-mail inbox today. (If you backed Chains of Fury and haven't received a key, PLEASE LET US KNOW)
The Backers Demo is a full vertical slice of the game consisting of the game's first biome, including the crafting system, boss fight and plenty of faces to smash the walls with.
Please note that "The demo is ready" does not mean "The game is ready". You might encounter various visual bugs, features in progress and other, mostly minor issues.
We shall improve the game in all aspects as the works progress
As usual, we are looking forward to hearing your feedback and suggestions. Would say we bite our nails waiting, but they are long gone...

Demo Update - Gameplay Stream
Mercenaries
We are presenting you with a new version of the demo.
It contains a new AI; the environment kills, and various improvements in almost all fields.
We made it a bit shorter though, but it is much more action-packed, challenging, and shows more of the game's replayability aspect. Sorry for that. It might change later.
Please do note there are still some visible issues, and you may encounter various minor bugs. Please do tell us about those. Please also note that practically every aspect of the game will be further improved as development goes.
We want to make a separate, more in-depth Devlog on Monday.
There will also be a prerecorded gameplay stream today with a few casual playthroughs where some marketing dude is trying to look cool and dying dumb. Enjoy and see You on Monday.
