C.H.A.S.E.D. Released!

Ready for Release!

Hello!

After almost 3 years from the start of C.H.A.S.E.D. development, I am happy to announce that it is finally finished, and is ready to be played in a few weeks. Sorry for not having been active at all, I had some complications and I couldn't invest time on keeping you updated.

Let's take a look at what C.H.A.S.E.D. has to offer! I'll give you some pointless interesting facts about the game and its development!

The Stalker

Be aware of The Stalker! He grunts and roams outside of the house making loud footstep sounds. To stop him, you have to check the windows and spot him with a Flashlight as many times as you can, or he will break into your house! I am sure you don't want any shady stranger inside your home.

Looks Like He Got Some Friends!

Oh yes, The Witch The Weeping Woman is looking for a new victim. The TV in your house will turn on! and if you can't turn it off on time... She will come out right from the TV to hunt you down! Rembember that The Stalker is still outside, so you have to keep an eye on him too.

Originally, I wanted to make the game focus only on The Stalker and make him the only enemy. At that moment, I couldn't think of a way of keeping him outside of the house while keeping the game fun, the ideas I had didn't convince me. In the early versions of C.H.A.S.E.D. the TV will only turn on with the purpose of making noise so you can't hear The Stalker's footsteps well, and didn't work as I intended, so, to make it more interesting and tense, I added The Weeping Woman.

Another Friend...?

He is a newcomer, he'll make things more frightening and difficult for you. Why? because he is always active and already inside the house!

The idea of a third enemy is to gradually make the game harder, but not so much. This newcomer isn't aggressive, he just doesn't go directly to chase you, he stays still and waits...

The Extras and Post-Game Content

I love classic games where you can, with a moderate ammount of effort, unlock some useful things that affect gameplay and keep it fresh without spending any real money or grinding an entire life. That's why C.H.A.S.E.D. has Collectibles, a Shop that contains Game Modifiers that can be unlocked on game completion, and Extra Modes.

Game will be released on 7/23/2020

Rembember that C.H.A.S.E.D. Demo is available!
