Another day, another patch.

- You can now resize the window with mouse. No more fullscreen prompt on launch, but screen size options in the menu bar. Alt+Enter can still be used to toggle.
- Fixed Shift+Tab for Steam overlay, can now take screenshots and such

Hello everyone, we know there's been a lot of questions and such about how the game works, so we've translated and released a game manual for everyone to look through. Check it out here:

- On first time startup, game prompt for fullscreen mode.
- Anytime fullscreen toggle with Alt+Enter.
