My next game "Blackwoods" has just launched on Steam and will be released on the 7th of August. Feel free to add it to your wishlist and try it out when it releases- it will be completely free with no in-app purchases. Blackwoods is a cold-war FPS focusing on a resistance movement in the Baltic states so if alternate history, fun gun-play, a wide selection of guns or a cast of intriguing, fully voiced characters interest you, be sure to take a look!
The Courier Standalone expansion
Hello!
The courier standalone expansion has now been released. Originally it was to be an add-on for Chesnakisnak but I decided to try uploading to itch.io. I'm still learning so trying new things is always good. Anyway- if you would like to explore the world of Chesnakisnak a bit more with an entirely new gameplay loop- you can find the Courier here.
Have fun and let me know what you think.
The J.U.I.C.E. update 1.05 is here!
The Joint User Integration Central Experience update (JUICE 1.05) is here! It brings several new features and improvements to Chesnakisnak:
An all new achievement system
The option to change your loading screen style (Art created by various community artists)
Music volume option
An easier way to distinguish the most important responses in mail
Various new systems and activities around the world
More interaction with items around the apartment
Yung Dhale
Various bug fixes
I hope you all enjoy this new update as I continue to work on this game.
1.04 Update is live!
Hello! The 1.04 update has just been released and it features a new mini-game for Halowe'en as well as some holiday flair. There is also a new screen displayed upon starting a new game which gives some tips on how to get the most out of the game. Small QOL updates are also included.
P.S. The mini-game is not to be taken as a serious attempt at a horror game- it's based on a recurring nightmare I had as a kid as well as an actual historical event. I thought it was quite a bit of fun to make, the solution is stupid but not knowing it fits the nightmare much better than solving it immediately.
