This fixes a bug with Slob chickens which was introduced in v155.4 yesterday.

More new waves! As with the v.154 update, bear in mind that some of these waves are quite hard, and they won't appear on easy difficulties. Also, as usual, the new additions will unavoidably shuffle the wave ordering of existing missions, so you might find that your stored favourites have significantly changed.

Game Version 153
This is a maintenance release which fixes a crash when flying CI1 DLC.

Next week there will be another small update, which will enable purchasing of DLC within the game.

Game version 152
DLC is now available for purchase in-game! Chicken Invaders Episodes 2-3-4-5 are available right now, Episode 1 is coming in the next update. If you already own the individual Episodes on Steam, then you can export your purchases to Universe for free. Check the Steam news of each individual Episode for instructions.

Steam Achievements have been added. Upon first login, you will retroactively receive all achievements that you have already… achieved.

Also, the default letterbox option is now "automatic", which will stretch the image up to 20% horizontally, and will use black bars for anything beyond that. Sadly, due to this new setting, all your game options will be reset in this update.

Game version 149
Episodic DLC is here! Well, almost.

DLC content is already present in the game, however it cannot be purchased just yet. You will only be able to export existing Chicken Invaders 2-3-4-5 purchases from Steam or the InterAction studios website for use within CIU. Instructions on how to do that will be issued very soon.

Also, a very slight teaser for the new Boot Camp mission type. You'll eventually be able to access this mission from Heroes Academies.

Please ensure translations are up-to-date, because there are several new phrases added to this update.

Game version 148
A lot of behind-the-scenes clean-up, refactoring, and unification with the Episodes.

Customizable scratches have been added to paintjobs. Also, check out the new "copy existing paintjob" and "randomize paintjob" features.

There are also many new text phrases in this update (mainly needed for the Episodes), so please make sure you update your translations.

Game version 147
There aren’t many player-facing changes in this update. Nevertheless, a large part of the game has been reworked. As part of these reworks, all your saved Mission Config presets have been reset, so you’ll need to save them again.

Summer content is still available, but you have to manually select it at the main menu via Options → Seasonal Content.
