Hi everyone,
There is new version on the Next branch. This version is not compatible with previous one.
I added an another mode to take over the enemy planet. If you are at war, you can Attack the planet now. That will open another map with units, which were on orbit. If you destroy all enemy units, battle ends and planet will not be colonized. This mode is faster compared to Siege battle and more fun.
It's still work in progress. There is not any user interface to give you more information.

Update 0.23 - Work In Progress
Hello everyone!
New version is on the Next branch. This version is compatible with previous ones. The focus was to fix multi-threading issues for UI, which were there for some time. I think I was able to fix most of them. There is also new version of UI framework with better multi-thread support and fixed few issues with grid control (used for unit or planet grids).
I was working on new planet siege (planet battles) system too. Instead of simple automated planet siege, there will be new mini map for each planet battle. It will be battle in space only. Design is done, I started with the changes in the UI and it looks promising.

The Warscore Update 0.22
Hello everyone!
New version is out. This update is not compatible with previous versions. The main focus was on the Warscore feature.
What's new
Added Warscore for each star system. You lose systems based on this score if you are defeated.
Added new tooltip for Warscore with more details and statistics.
Added Surrender mechanic. You can lose up to 3 star systems in one war if you surrender or lose it.
Added War result UI with details and statistics.
Added Cancel button to Recruits panel.
Added Personnel Lifespan technology.

The August Update 0.20
Hello everyone!
There is new version on the Next branch. This update is not compatible with previous versions. The goal was to finish Personnel UI and AI. There are these new features, changes or fixes:
Personnel AI - AI can use personnel now. It can recruit and assign them. There are 4 different strategies how they do it. Each existing race has its unique way.
Added 26 variants for personnel, some of them are more specialized in some field than the others.
Added new report when person dies.
You are able to dismiss person.
Recruits can die of age. They are no longer immortal.
The game was updated to use latest version 3.0.0.1 of Xenko engine.
There is better performance for core gameplay methods of the game, means faster AI and gameplay overall.
Fixed bug when changing resolution and window type would change just window type.

Hello everyone!
There is new version on the Next branch. Main focus was on polishing Personnel UI, so there are new tooltips and info in existing tooltips (planet, unit). You can assign captain from military panel now and double-click on person will show planet or unit. I'm still working on personnel AI. This update is not compatible with previous versions.

New version is out and you can find it on the Next branch. There is new delete feature in Empire Designer, Scientists and Science board is done and all personnel can die after a while. I started working on AI for personnel. This update is not compatible with the previous versions.

Hello everyone! There is new version on the Next branch. This update is not compatible with the previous versions. UI for Captains is done. There is new Personnel Limit tech in technology tree so you can get up to 35 Governors/Captains now. I'm still working on scientists and science board. I updated to Visual Studio 2017. Let me know if you have any strange issues or crashes.

Hello everyone! There is new version on the Next branch. This update is not compatible with the previous versions. I added support for model lods (better performance), finished Captains feature, personnel cost and limit. UI is in progress and not final. I will start working on scientists and science board.

Hello everyone! There is another version on the Next branch. This time with almost ready UI for Governors and I started to work on Captains. There is not 'cost' and limits for personnel at this moment, but it's planned. And again this update is not compatible with the previous versions.
