Patch 1.03a (Replacing items)

There are many more changes in the pipeline, but I've decided to split them up into several smaller patches. So if there's anything I haven't managed to do now, expect it in the next few patches.

There are problems with excessive randomness in building a build. The following changes have been introduced:
-Now if you don't have enough slots for items you can replace one of the old ones.
-Increased drop chance of items from elite opponents.
-Rareness penalty for elite antagonists and mimics has been reduced (rarer items may be dropped more often).
-You now get 2 items per Challenge. One for activating it (but with a high rarity penalty), and the other after killing enemies.
-Basic chance of dropping epic items is slightly lowered. (Slightly held back by the player's buff associated with all the other changes).

You can now see the characteristics of your weapon in the "Stats" menu. It's a very limited statistic so far and not detailed enough, but the functionality will be expanded in the future.


Balance:


Summoned creatures have decreased hitbox of collision with each other (hitbox of attack remains the same).
Summoned creatures have a 33% penalty to boss damage. (Only applies to melee combat. Exceptions: "Chicken", Earth Spirit and companions).
Defender: The creature tries to protect the player. Duration: +30|60|100%. -> The creature tries to protect the player. Duration: +25|50|80%.
Slimes: Added - Penetration: 50%.
Trident: Lifetime 8 -> 6.5.
Wolf: Crit chance 25% -> 15%.
Crossbow: Now has a maximum number of targets (5).
Boomerang: Damage +2.
Hammer: Damage -10 (in total). Added - Global Bonus: Abilities with Penetration or Adamantite get a 25% damage bonus.
Flag-bearer: Trying not to go too far.

Other:


Fixes for some minor bugs and typos.

Patch 1.02e

Sylph lvl 5: Additional projectile. -> Damage: +100%.
Crit Damage: Crit Damage: +30|60|100% -> 40|80|120%.
Morning Exercise: Regeneration +0.1|0.2|0.3. Day: Triples this bonus.
Redemption: Revenge: Damage +0.5% (Resets to zero at each subsequent location. Maximum: 200% -> 150%).

Minor fixes.

Patch 1.02a

Acorn: Maximum damage bonus of 100%.
The princess can now attract food with a fishing rod.
Fixed a bug that prevented tornadoes from synthesizing.
The opening of some of the syntesis was not saved.
Minor bug fixes.

Patch 1.02

Lightning - Base damage: -6, Level damage: -2.
Rainbow - Cooldown: 1.5 -> 1.35.

On the world map display uncovered targets for unlocks (only bosses).
The prices at the sacrifice are slightly reduced.
The cursor now keeps its position during a pause.
Merchant tags are no longer displayed during the pause
Dinosaurs have slightly smaller hitboxes.
Pointers are now hidden during a pause, so as not to close the UI.
Fixed bug that made Tornado, Feather and Telekinesis not have a modifier in their pool for synthesis.
Fixed bugs and some inaccuracies in descriptions.

Events:
Conflagration, Attack on the Titans - duration increased.
Gravity - slightly increased time between waves.
Night - The action time is slightly reduced.
Sylph Breath - Lower firing density.
Rockfall, Shurikens - just a little lower the density of the shelling.
Pacifism, Confusion - slightly reduced duration.


P.S I want to warn you that I take a month off from the project, I will periodically release the bug fixes and respond in discord and on the forum. So if you find any errors, please write them down. But development of new content will continue in mid-January.

Patch 1.01c

Added ability to change speed directly during the run. Speed options: x1, x1.25, x1.5, x1.75, x2. You cannot set the speed lower than it was set at the start of the run and you don't get extra rarity for changing speed during the race.

Fixed the burn bug.
Fixed a bug with some Achievements that made it impossible to open them.

Patch 1.01b

New Final Boss on Loop 8.
There are now cross routes on the world map.
Bug fixes.

Patch 1.00c

Small rocks are no longer an obstacle.

Princess has a +15 rarity bonus.

Fist Shot - +2 Base Damage, +1 Knockback Power.
Hammer - +5 Base Damage.
Lightning - Global bonus: +25% damage to enemies with stun.
Feather - Global bonus: +25% damage to enemies with lightness.
Coin Throw - -2 on levels (total).

Power -> Damage +12|24|40% -> 15|30|50%.
Summon Power- 20|40|60% damage and size bonus -> 10|20|32%.
This is too obvious a choice for summoners, but to compensate for the weakening the summoners got the buff:
Wolf - +2 Base damage, +3 on levels (total).
Slime - +1 Base Damage, +2 at levels (total).
Snake - +1 Base Damage.
Robot - +1 Base Damage, +2 per level (total).
Monkey - +1 Base Damage, +2 per level (total).
Natural Spirit - +2 Base Damage.
EarthSprit - +6 Base damage, +4 on levels (total).

Patch 1.00b

Added ability to talk to some NPCs in the city. Mostly they just give hints on the mechanics of the game.
Now during a pause the following characteristics are displayed additionally: Rarity, Time Stop Regeneration, Damage Multiplier, Size Multiplier (the last 2 display only bonuses concerning each ability).
Fixed a bug that caused new metaprogression points not to be saved.
Fixed a rare issue with hanging at the start of a location if player items didn't fit into their slots.
A few minor fixes.

Patch 1.00a

So far, only bug fixes and balance, in the next patch, hints on the mechanics of the game will be added, as now there are a lot of misunderstandings.

Bug fix:
Fixed a bug that caused achievements to not open for loops above 8.
Fixed issues with Chaos, Bag of Gold, and Night Vase.
Fixed several minor issues.

Balance:
Sphere of Fire - Burn: Damage +2|4|6 -> Burn: Damage +3|5|8.
Pegasus Wings - Gives Flight. -> Max Hp: +30. Gives Flight.
Ribbon - Complete immunity to status effects. -> Max Hp: +40. Complete immunity to status effects.
Glasses - Crit Chance: +2|4|7%. -> Crit Chance: +3|5|8%.
Small Shield - Revenge: Knocks back the enemy by 2|4|6. -> Revenge: Knocks back the enemy by 2|4|6. Defense: +0.1.
Ice Shield - Revenge: Freeze Chance 25|50|75%. -> Revenge: Freeze Chance 50|75%.
Potion of Rage - Damage: +10|20|30%. Incoming damage is increased by 30%. -> Damage: +15|30|45%. Incoming damage is increased by 30%.
Fishing Rod - Skill: Raises a random XP crystal. Meditation 5: Attracts a random chest or food. Cooldown: 3|2|1 s -> 2|1 s.

Candle - Frenzy: Damage is reduced by 25|50|75%. -> Frenzy: Damage is reduced by 25|50|75%, Damage +10|20|30%.

Extinguished Lantern - Damage: +10|20|30% - 1|2|3%*Minute. -> Damage: +20|32|44% - 1|2|3%*Minute.
Executioner's Axe - Execution: Damage +30|60|100%. -> Damage +2. Execution: Damage +30|60|100%.
Long Bow - Range Combat: Damage +15|30|50%. -> Projectile speed: +20%. Range Combat: Damage +15|30|50%.

Simplicity - Damage for non-synthesized abilities: +10|20|30%. -> Damage for non-synthesized abilities: +12|25|40%.
Masterpiece - Damage for synthesized abilities: +7|15|25%. -> Damage for synthesized abilities: +10|20|30%.
Oil Jar - Oil: Chance +5|10|15%. -> Oil: Chance +6|12|20%.
Avenger's Hood - Frenzy: Damage +25|50|80%. - > Speed: +1. Frenzy: Damage +25|50|80%.
Arrowhead - Max Targets: +1|2|3. -> Max Targets: +2|4|6.
Anchor - When received and at the beginning of each location gives 30|60|100 armor. -> Defence: +0.1. When received and at the beginning of each location gives 30|60|100 armor.
Blood Cup - Slay 100: Restores 5|8|12% health. -> Slay 200: Restores 5|8|12% health. Rarity Level 2 -> 3.
Little Feather - Lightness: Chance +3|6|10%. -> Lightness: Chance +7|15|25%. Rarity Level 3 -> 2.
Strange Lantern - On even minutes: Damage +12|25|40% . -> On even minutes: Damage +15|30|45% .
Asceticism - For each empty Item Slot: Damage +3|6|10%. -> For each empty Item Slot: Damage +4|8|12%.
Ninja Cloak - Skill: After taking damage, you gain invulnerability for 1 second. Cooldown: 60|40 s. -> Skill: After taking damage, you gain invulnerability for 1 second. Cooldown: 50|30 s.

Chrono Survival 1.0 Release

Finally a release!
The release does not mean the end of support, on the contrary, the game plans at least two more major updates (free of course). But I think the game already has more than enough content for the release.
I take this opportunity to thank all who actively helped with their feedback and bug reports.

Change log is very modest, as in fact the patch 0.60 (I did not bother with the numbering, although I did sometimes jump to indicate that the patch brought a lot of changes) was 1.00, but it had to additional testing.

-Water Priest - Passive now works on every level, not every second.
-Weakened some enemies in the Cave and the Dark Forest.
-Changed pool of modifiers for abilities (previously, some calls had no modifiers for calls and vice versa, some abilities had useless modifiers misleading the player).
-Mega-chest now do not aggro your attacks (with the exception of the armored one).
-Corrected some minor problems.
