The large and busy city entices and attracts a variety of people. The noise of horns, the number of cars, and the rat race must cause a lot of stress, which has to be relieved. People sometimes do stupid things. As a surveillance officer, you will gonna see a lot!
I've set the trashcan on fire, and what are you going to do? It's quite dangerous to play with fire. Police must be not so eager to fight the crime here if you can stay and don't care about being caught.
Someone fainted - "he/she is probably drunk, I give a damn. It's not my problem." People mostly prefer to mind their own business and someone lying on the sidewalk (maybe dead?) can be a problem. It's easier to just run away from the problem.
After all, how can one explain such actions as the creation of bizarre graffiti in a public place? Some of the graffitis are quite funny, others bizarre but all of them damage the buildings. Still, it is on you to report that.
What to do if you really need to use the bathroom? Probably not do it in front of everyone, right? In Strife city, if you need it you do it. Disgusting isn't it?

Welcome to Strife city, a place where crime and danger are everywhere. Most of the citizens try to avoid it, others can't get out of their way. Every day video surveillance operator fights against crime, vandalism, fires, and accidents. There are a lot of ways to cause chaos in the city. You are the person to stop it. The fact that today's technology gives an opportunity for a video surveillance officer to prevent all those is bliss.
Here are the most common events that you will come across in City Eye.
Fire
Fire can be a dangerous enemy of "your" city. As you know, we should call the fire department to put out a fire. However, not always every fire is identical. In what situation can we encounter fire? There are several of them. A building on fire - is mainly characterized by the fact that it is difficult to spot at first, especially during the day. Once you manage to spot it, however, you simply call the fire department and that's it.
A car in flames - is easier to see, however, in this case, you will need to call the police in addition to the fire department.
Vandalism
Vandalism - this is the nightmare of probably every city. The bigger it gets, the bigger the problem with it. As in life, it is difficult to spot acts of vandalism in time. What can we encounter in Strife city?
Graffiti - often very interesting and pretty, but mostly made not where it should be. Call the police to deal with graffiti artists.
Setting a trashcan on fire - when it's cold and you need to stay warm, you could accept it sometimes. Otherwise, it is an act of vandalism, for which not only the police should be called, but also the fire department.
Smaller Crimes
Lesser offenses? It is difficult to assess what can be counted as misconduct.
Brawls - fights often occur in Strife city. Pedestrians aren't too thrilled to see two people wrapping their fists around each other on the sidewalk through which they are just passing. If you see people fighting - call the police.

Armed robbery - is a very dangerous situation, which, however, happens quite often. Call the police as soon as possible and remember to check who is the person with the weapon.
Drug trafficking - it is very difficult to spot such transactions. Often those involved hide right under the camera. Drug trafficking is most often carried out by known criminals wanted by the police. Try to always check the identity of suspects.
Health problems
People in Strife city differ little from those in other cities. It can happen that someone simply passes out, gets a heart attack, or loses consciousness from a variety of causes. As soon as you see a person lying on the ground, call an ambulance. Don't count on passersby. In Strife city, it is difficult for everyone to think only of themselves.

Day and night
Day shifts There is more traffic during the day, and it is more difficult to see the fire, but if you see passersby fleeing, you can be sure that somewhere nearby some crime is taking place.
Night shifts Thugs feel more confident at night, but fewer passersby make it easier for you to control the crime scene. In addition, fire at night is very easy to see.
Suspects
Later in the game, you will have a list of known suspects. When you see the crime, always check if the crime is not being performed by one of them.
Equipment
Before the start of the new shift, you will have an opportunity to buy new equipment. You can choose from 3 types of cameras. You can install them in different places or upgrade the cheaper ones that you installed earlier.
