Faithful Panda season ticket limited DLC “Empire Godfather” activate notice

Notes on season tickets for Faithful Panda Fans(FPF)
1. After all the changes in DLC prices (after 0:00 on September 25, 2018), the channel for converting all DLCs into season tickets for Faithful Pnada Fans will be closed. This means that after that, you can't buy season tickets for faithful panda fans by buying all DLC. (All paid DLCs other than the original DLC purchased at the previous price before that date are still convertible)
2. The season tickets for Faithful Panda fans will not be available through any STEAM channel, but only through our mail:Chief@pgcog.com
3. Faithful Panda Fans Season Ticket will remain at the original price of $38 US dollor, and will become a basis for more benefits to serve the core fans of PG Studio. In the future, we will also produce more Faithful Panda Limited DLCs to give fans more benefits.
All current and future compensation schemes for FPF are as follows:
1, all subsequent payment contents of COG1 will be free (at least not less than 3 paid DLCs) in the future.
2, additional free access to more FP DLCs (at least not less than 3 loyal bear DLC).
3. The first batch of free access to PG studio next simulation management + nurturing class of work "Railway Saga" KEY ontology.
4. Additional free access to "Railway Saga" specifically designed for FPF "Railway Saga" Limited FPF DLC KEY for one.
5, the first batch of free COG sequel "City of God II: Sin City" KEY for one.

After the season tickets for FPF stopped converting, players who bought some DLCs before then but did not become FPF will be compensated as follows:
1. After the closure of the FPF Season Ticket at 0:00 on September 25, 2018, if the LC you purchased separately had a price reduction or even free after the price change, we will make up for the cost reduction in the process of the adjustment in the form of DLC (adjusted price) that you did not get.
Example: If you had purchased three top craftsmen's at a full price of RMB:54 before, we will send you a DLC with an adjusted total value not exceeding 54 yuan. You are free to choose all the unpaid DLCs that COG1 already has, or even the upcoming new drama DLC Plague.(Must in RMB 54)
Note: The maximum value of DLC replenishment that you have not activated can not exceed the total price of adjusted DLCs, that is, the maximum price difference. If there is a difference of more than all Dlcs price, we recommend that you use second compensation schemes.
2. At any time, you can apply to the Chief Exchanger Mail: Chief@pgcog.com for exchange by making up the difference (USD38 - all the expenses you paid for the DLC before adjusting the price = the price to be paid).
(If the total expenditure in your COG1 series is more than or equal to USD 38, you can exchange one of FPF KEY for free)
2, you can try to apply for full refund to STEAM and repurchase at a new price.
(We are not sure whether the 100% refund will be successful after more than 2 days of purchase, so we can only recommend you try it.)

About the phenomenon and solution that unable to save recently
Recently,some players reflects that TIP "*****Save failed,please contact PGwenzi" will be displayed in the game.
The reason for this problem is that the steam download appears missing folder. You can create the folder in the game root directory(the folder name is bugfile and backup), or delete and re-install the game to solve it.
