City Play 1.3.8 new features and bug fixes

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for all your kind help and support. I worked hard this week and made some improvements and bug fixes based on most of your kind and important feedback.

1.3.8 contains the following improvements and bug fixes:
- Topmenu system has been completely overhauled by kind ideas by Raven, (thanks!) so now demand is shown - making things more clear what to build,
- Arrow keys map scrolling enabled,
- Normal/Fast speed button enabled,
- Car creation improvements (between 100 and 200 population cars disappeared now it has been fixed),
- Rock mining generation never finished is now properly finishing,
- Music settings now saving properly,
- F12 screenshot button creates screenshots and uploads it to Steam,
- Exit Button to main screen added,
- general bug fixes and some code enhancements,

If you are having any other requests or bug reports please post them all so I can fix them and I can improve your game play.

Thanks for everyone's helpful support in the past 6 months that let me release this indie developed great creation CityPlay to Steam!

Hope you will enjoy playing the game as much as I enjoyed creating it!
