This week's update is centered on Etherdrive, which has new content and improvements:
New content:
-New secret droid NPC that helps you complete a secret puzzle. Destroy barrels to get a chance to spawn the droid, which holds a Power Gem for you and your friends. When the droid spawns, you will need to find 3 different colored pillars in a level, change their colors by interacting with them, to the same color that the droid will be flashing in, once the 3 pillars are the right color, the droid will give a free Power Gem to every player in the map!
-2 new abilities to unlock: -Crimson Blast: Creates a small radius powerful explosion at the cursor's position. -Shocking Strike: Creates a large radius attack with moderate damage around the cursor's .position.
-2 new achievements to complete and earn cosmetic coins to purchase suits and helmets: -Bully: Bully the achievements bot by hitting it many times. -Healer: Heal yourself with a health pack many times.
Bug fixes and improvements:
-Added 2 more choices in the starter weapons shop, letting players have more possibilities for which weapon to start with. -Fixed a bug where no chests would spawn in the 3rd floor. -Fixed a bug where the doors in the 3rd floor would close before entering a room. -Fixed some inaccurate colliders on big objects, which would sometimes have projectiles pass through them. -Fixed a problem where the Boss on the 3rd floor had only 100 HP. -Increased some of the permanent upgrades efficiency: -Every upgrade can be at level 5 now (4 levels max before). -Power Shot upgraded to 8% bonus damage per level (up to 40%). -Fortitude upgraded to 5% reduction of any damage taken per level (up to 25%).
