We've finally hit the 1.0 mark!

Introducing Transcendence, a whole new way to play Clicker Heroes. Get ready to unlock ridiculous power, and bigger numbers than ever!

We've also made a ton of quality of life changes, bug fixes, and a lot more improvements. Check out the in-game patch notes and forums for details.

1.0 Patch Notes

- Transcendence: If you have reached zone 300 or later, you will be able to sacrifice your ancients, hero souls, relics, forge cores and gilds* to appease the Outsiders and gain previously unheard of levels of power. The more hero souls a player has sacrificed to transcend, total, over the entire life of the game (including those which had been spent on ancients who are sacrificed) the more Ancient Souls and Transcendent Power they will have.
* Gilds purchased with rubies will be restored gradually as regular gilds are unlocked in the new transcension.

- Ancient Souls: Feed these to the Outsiders to gain new upgrades, such as greatly improved effectiveness of idle bonuses or stronger Solomon effects.

- Transcendent Power: With this, every primal boss drops exponentially more hero souls than the boss before it.

- New Big Number System: Faster and more precise calculations for the very large numbers. Ridiculously large numbers are now supported, which can only really be attained through multiple Transcensions.

- Rebalanced Ancients: All Ancients which previously had a maximum level are no longer capped and can be upgraded indefinitely. Note: If you previously had any levels of these ancients, you will see your current ancient levels adjusted to match your previous values. However, when sacrificing your ancients for Transcension, the game will only consider the pre-patch amount of Hero Souls you spent on them.

- Ancient Leveling Improvements: Quantities of ancient level purchases now dynamically adapt to the current level of the ancient. No longer limited to purchasing a maximum of 10k levels at a time for very high level ancients. Additionally, players can now hold 'v' when leveling ancients to be given the option to type in the exact number of levels they wish to purchase.

- Non-Transcendent Ancients: Iris, Khrysos, Pluto and Thusia do not exist for players who have transcended. Transcendent players are much more powerful than non-Transcendent players, and these ancients needed to be removed either because they would be too powerful when combined with Transcendent Power or because they would be worth very little without the other removed ancients.

We got another mini patch today for you with a few bug fixes and quality of life changes. We're close to having our big Transcendence update ready, so please look forward to it!

0.26b Patch Notes

- If there are three or more gilded hero gifts pending, players can now open them all at once.
- Added a 'News' button to view patch notes from the options menu.
- Fixes an issue where the scroll bar could become difficult to use on the ancients panel.
- Various bugfixes.

We're releasing a balance patch today in preparation for the big Transcendence update coming soon. Have fun!

Patch 0.26 Notes

- Relics have been reworked to give ancient levels instead of similar stats, they will still display the stat quantities for players who do not yet have the corresponding ancient.

- Most relics are either slightly stronger or roughly the same as a result of the change.

- Solomon relics are worse for players with more than 20 levels of Solomon than they previously were. If you have Solomon relics, the game will compensate you for this change by granting you free Solomon levels to make up the difference.

- Toggled modifiers no longer persist between tab changes.

- Scroll position is now remembered between tabs.

- Various bugfixes.

Mini Update

Hey Heroes,

We got a mini-update for you today with a bunch of quality-of-life fixes, have fun!

- Mercenary tooltip shows current quest rewards (useful on dead mercs).
- Press 't' to cycle through toggled modifiers (shift/ctrl/z/q) for buying hero levels.
- Only +skills% mercenaries gain the effect of their rarity bonus on skill quest rewards (bugfix).
- Hold 'q' when moving gilds to move all gilds to the selected hero (same functionality/cost as holding shift and clicking until all gilds are moved, does nothing if you can't afford to move every single gild you have).
- Quest choices are now sorted in order of ascending duration (except recruitment quests, which remain at the top).
- Hero upgrades that affect other heroes now have tooltips that understand the upgrade's actual requirements.
- Increased maximum size of powerbloop reward.

0.25 Patch Notes

- Didn't win the Powerball? Try playing the Powerbloop! Limited time only.
- Mercenaries can now choose between 4 quests.
- Mercenary death is now independent of quests chosen.
- Mercenary recruitment time reduction bonus replaced with recruitment speed increasing bonus.
- Bury 500 Mercenaries achievement reduced to Bury 200 Mercenaries.
- Hero tooltips will no longer claim that a hero is contributing greater than 100% of total DPS.
- Mercenary tooltip will no longer display negative experience.
- Quest rewards displayed will always be rounded down from actual rewards, so nothing displayed as a 100% chance will ever fail.

Clan recruitment Sub-Forum

For the longest of time we've had a pinned thread made for Recruitments, that is no longer the case as we've been in contact with the Developers who have granted us a Sub-Forum for all our recruitment and application needs.

As this is new, we will see how it works out at first, and see what edges that need softening and perhaps set up some sort of template if it is required.
We will keep the recruitment megathread pinned for a little while longer while people get accustomed to the Sub-Forum.
