Some uploaded photos in the Forums have gone missing after the recent website update. Our team is actively investigating this and will do our best to recover them soon.
Incorrect Tooltip on [April Fool] Dyeing Ampoule Lucky Pouch
The tooltip is missing information about the Guaranteed Dyeing Ampoule. You can acquire 2~20 of Dyeing Ampoule or 1 Guaranteed Dyeing Ampoule.
Payment Issue on Steam Platform
We have identified an issue where N-coin charge on the Steam platform is currently not functional. Our team is investigating the cause and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Email-Related Functions Not Working at the Website
Functions that require email sending, such as Create Account and Find Password, are not working correctly. We are aware of the issue and working to restore these functions.

Event Period: After maintenance on Mar 19, 2025 UTC – Before maintenance May 14, 2025 UTC.
The Nightmarish Throne Event Dungeon is open to players with or without ongoing missions.
During the event period, ‘Abyssal Sand’ drops as Nightmarish Throne dungeon clearance reward.
‘Abyssal Sand’ can be used to exchange various items including Miserable Abyss Costume Parts, S Guaranteed D Component: Costume etc.
Unused ‘Abyssal Sand’ item will be removed during the maintenance on May 14th, 2025.
Other event’s drop items can’t be acquired from Nightmarish Throne dungeon.
Dungeon clear count event is not applicable for Nightmarish Throne dungeon.
