Enhanced controller / gamepad support to handle custom input mapping for flight sticks and HOTAS.
Now you can change the input mapping for more than one controller this makes flight sticks and HOTAS which uses several devices like stick, pedal and throttle usable.
It is recommended to reset the input mappings, if they were changed before 1.0.2, to reduce the probability of strange input behavior after loading saved mappings of a version prior 1.0.2.

- fixed possible spawning of two airplanes on spawn
- fixed special discovery mission did not trigger
Patch to version 1.0.1
Note: It is possible to continue a saved game with this patch. Just follow these steps:
1. Download and install version 1.0.1 via Steam.
2. Press “Continue” in the Main menu.
3. Select the save file of your choice (probably the latest).
4. Your character is outside the airplane and the goods are not unloaded.
5. Enter your airplane, start the engine, release the parking brake.
6. Drive the airplane outside the parking position until the message appears to enter the parking position.
7. Drive the airplane back to the parking position, hit the parking brake and stop the engine.
8. The goods will be unloaded now and the delivery was completed.
9. You can continue the game as usual.
