IMPORTANT! Please restart steam to get latest update
There was a testing version that went into the default publishing branch, please don't save the game/delete any save/or try to change to a different save and restart steam to get the latest version, it should say v(0.27.4) or v(0.27.5). Sorry for that I'm looking into what happened.
UPDATE: I was testing a save to look at an specific crash, to do that I enable a check that loads a custom save file. My unity crashed after I had returned this check to normal and put it back as enabled, this caused the update to have this check on, I'm sorry for those who had their save affected by this, I will be more careful next time and double check this when Unity crashes or does something strange.
Working on common game crashes (v0.27.4)
In order to improve the game stability I'm working on fixing the most common crashes of the game. Every time your game crashes I get an email including the state of your game and where it crashed, this helps me understand the places where people is having problems. This update fixes a crash caused by firing an unassigned employee when switching from a large station to a small workstation. It also fixes a case where you could assign more that two employees to the small working station. I will keep on finding the root cause of other common crashes and will update you on the progress.
Fix for Missions not tracking Researches in other shops (v0.27.3)
When playing through the missions of the Second Coffee Shop you can go back to the First Coffee Shop and do the researches from there, this would cause the Mission logic to get stucked waiting for you to complete the research on the Second Shop. This update fixes this bug and properly tracks the completed researches when going back to the Second Shop.

Quick Fix for crash on last update (v0.27.1)
There was a crash on the last update caused by the new animation logic when the reviewer was spawning. Since the reviewer never visits the store in group there are no talking animations implemented for that character, this was causing the animation logic to crash. I've pushed an update with the fix, and added more debugging information in the crash dumps to better recreate the failure.
Part 2 Animations v0.27 is live!
Customers Animations
Hello, I just finished publishing the second part of the animations update, this new update adds animation to customers. You will see your customers taking sips from that awesome coffee you just made for them, because who can resist that fresh coffee smell?
Also, now groups will engage in conversations when sitting together.
Next Updates
I'll start working in two future updates at the same time, one update will feature employee specialization for high level employees (supply/brewing automation), employee emotional status, and options to reject salary increases or reward your employees. The other update is planned to be the biggest update yet since release so I will tell you more about it in the future since I'm still going through design and nothing is carved on stone yet.

Update v0.26.5 is live!
The latest update is live, this includes brewing animation for employees. And bug fixes.
This update is Part 1 of the Animations Update, I'm currently working on Part 2 which includes improved animations for Customers. After the next update I will start working on the biggest update yet which will include a new store, new items to customize your store, new missions, and a new feature that I'll be reveling once I've made more progress.

Part 1 of new update almost Live
Part 1 Employee Animations
Say goodbye to idle employees with the new animation update, employees now animate based on the machine they are using, this update includes animations for Brewers and Espresso machines. The update is almost live but I'm still fixing some animation issues after pausing the game, I will let you know when it goes live.

Part 2 Customers animation
Part 2 of the update is still baking, this includes new customers' animations that show them interacting with other customers while sitting together, it also includes drinking animations.
Animation Improvements coming in next update
Hello everyone, I want to update you on the current work and things you can expect from the coming update. The new update focuses on improving your coffee shop ambiance, this will be the last update before I start working on a new store location for the game that will introduce new mechanics.
This update will include:
Improved Employee/Brewing Animations
This will show your employees brewing and preparing the coffee.
Improved Customers and Social Animations
Customers will take sips from the coffee cup and will chat with other customers if they are seated together.
I will keep updating you with screens and gifs with the new animations.
