Loss of Original Composer
Main Game Mechanics Saving, Loading and inventory systems were broken after the release of the game and some never worked or was deleted after release.
Menu settings would save but the save path was broken, what originally worked was deleted.
Achievements would not save and only a single achievement would work.
Project got reverted a year and a half back because of an improper sync and it was saved with the improper sync causing conflicted files with every level and character blueprints. Thus breaking every major Blueprint, Level Blueprints and reverting the build of levels.

Hi everyone, we hope you're all enjoying the first chapter, and we definitely hope it's wet your appetite for the coming chapters! In the meantime, we've been looking at some of the feedback we've been receiving and set to work addressing some issues and suggestions. This is where we're at so far:
Added volume sliders to the options menu
Fixed a bug where pressing the 'R' key would reload an invisible gun
Fixed vents colliding with the player when broken
Various graphical updates to menus
Various optimisation fixes
Fixed a level streaming issue towards the end of the level
Fixed a bug where graphic and control options adjustments didn't save
Various sound FX changes and adjustments
Various animation fixes
Fixed various collision issues around the map
Added some secret stuff
Addressed issues with achievements.
Fixed a bug that occured when jumping whilst crouched
Fixed a collision issue with some doors and their UI interaction prompts
Upcoming features:
Monochrome mode (for that extra retro feel)
A way of counting how many Journal Notes there are per level/chapter.
Fixes for loading hitches and areas with low frame rate spikes.
More interactable objects and easter eggs/lore items.
