Crowd Chat options
We've had a lot of feedback about the toxic community, players interrupting performers and mic spamming etc. To address this we've given the Room Admin a few more options, by default a new room will now have Crowd Chat disabled whilst a performer is up on stage. The performer still has the option to enable/disable the Crowd Chat whilst performing.
We've also included the option to auto enable Crowd Chat for a few seconds after a performer has finished (so if you come off stage and the next performer or Announcer goes up the crowd still has a few seconds to comment on your performance - configurable up to 30 seconds).
You can still set a room to always enable crowd chat if you prefer.

New features:
The Room Admin now has the option to allow the performer to disable the Crowd from talking thereby allowing them to perform without getting heckled by the crowd. The Performer has the option of turning this on/off via the new icon when performing.
We've removed the Mute icon as you can perform the same function by setting the crowd volume to zero in the Quick Menu (pressing Tab) and we didn't want to confuse the previous Mute functionality with the disabling of the Crowd Chat in this release.
We hope these changes will allow for more serious and longer uninterrupted performances.

This update removes the camera system we introduced in ver 1.1.3 earlier today, it wasn't meant to be the default camera and after trying it out with a full crowd it didn't turn out to be good at all (as many of you had said too). So will do a bit more work on it before adding it back in again (as a camera option, not the default camera).
You can now use a second monitor whilst the game runs fullscreen on the other monitor (previously it would auto minimize the game when you used the second screen)
Re-wrote a lot of the networking to hopefully fix some of the issues (like 2 players on top of each)
