War Paint Skins Release & Free Week-End!
The winners of the Polycount War Paint skin competition have just been added to the in-game store! Buy the skins and support the community: 30% of the proceeds will go directly to the modders who created those skins, and another 20% will go towards funding future community events and competitions.
These new skin sets are available to buy individually, as well as through two bundles discounted by 50% off for a week only (Historical skins and Fantasy skins bundles).

Submit Your Skins to the Curated Pathway!
As of Dec 17th 2015, the Company of Heroes 2 Steam Workshop supports the submission of mods via the curated pathway. The curated pathway is a means of submitting mods for consideration by Relic to be fully integrated into the game, and thus become available for use in automatch modes. Curated mods are not available to play, but instead users vote to say if they would like the mod to be included within the full game as a regular item / feature. The voting is done on the specific mods STEAM WORKSHOP page.
This is different from ready-to-use mods which are available to players for immediate download from the Steam Workshop or the COH2 Modding Hub.
Relic reviews submitted mods to the curated pathway and may decide to add your mod to the game as part of a future update. Mod types currently supported in the curated pathway:

Alright soldiers, the December patch is live, and the new Commander free trial has begun. You should receive an in-game message with the Commanders (might need to reboot the game). Trial ends on December 10th, after which the commanders will be available for purchase in the in-game store, starting with limited-time bundles at a discount. Have fun and good luck!

The Heavy Cavalry Company and Feuersturm Doctrine are FREE to try this weekend! Anyone who owns the respective OKW / USF multiplayer armies, logs in and plays from Friday October 30 10am PDT to Sunday November 1 11:59pm PDT will be able to storm the battlefield with either commander. Be sure to log in, as 30 players who test them out during the free trial will also be gifted the Commanders for free!
If you want to add the new Commanders to your army, they are 33% off on the in-game store until Thursday, November 5 at 11:59pm PDT!
