FREE WEEKEND STARTS TOMORROW AT 10AM PST



Hey Strike Team recruits!

Conjure Strike will be starting it's free weekend starting tomorrow at 10:00AM! It will run until Sunday at 1:00PM. We hope to see you in game :).

We have a stable build at this point but there are still a few known issues we're knocking out. The major ones are listed here, if you see anything else be sure to let us know!

[EDIT: For those of you facing issues with the 1v1 queue we just pushed a hotfix -- Please update and it will be solved -- the new 1v1 fallback happens after 10 minutes instead of 3, and we fixed the issue where you will now be placed in the 3v3 queue afterwards. Thank you for your patience]

[EDIT 2: We have confirmed reports of people not being able to access the Free Weekend Link. The game can still be purchased, however for whatever reason the free weekend link doesn't work for all. We are working with Steam to resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks for your patience]

Known Issues

  • Latency - We did a ton of work to optimize latency and performance over the past couple of days, but there is still much to do. You may experience some hickups, but it shouldn't be too bad. We will continue optimizing our network over the next couple of weeks.
  • If players disconnect in the character select lobby before the game starts then players will need to restart the game and rematch up
  • Sometimes the social lobby may have artifacts of Scara's abilities that persist after people have logged out. This is cosmetic and will be fixed soon.
  • Some UI elements may still look a little out of place, as a small indie team we focused more on the gameplay, but expect that to be updated soon.
  • Occasionally (Like once every couple of games) you may die in a weird state. This will cause you to be death longer than usual, respawn, and instantly teleport back to base.
  • Voice chat will occasionally not work, just restart.

We will be hosting moderated playtests from 5PM to 6PM PST Saturday and Sunday 9/22 - 9/23. Hop into the discord and say hi as well!

There are still some bugs, but definitely let us know if you see anything really weird. You can comment here or make a post in the community :)

OPEN BETA CLOSED FOR NOW

Hey Everyone,

Thanks to the hundreds of you that participated in the open beta! We were able to gather a ton of helpful feedback and are now shutting down for a few days while we prepare our servers and game clients with all the awesome feedback you provided.

We will be turning on the Open Beta this Saturday (Possibly earlier, late friday night) depending on how much progress we make.

We understand some of you were experiencing issues with bugs as well as finding games. It may also have been confusing because of our incomplete tutorial.

In the next update you can look forward to
- More stable build, with bug fixes
- A brand new character select screen with final art.
- Overhauled first time user flow including a character select that now explains all abilities, tooltips in the pause menu, and button mappings on the ability cooldowns (so you know how to active them)
- Less static, more fluid character representations
