Hello again! It's been 2 years since the last update, and we've mostly been working on our new game, Sunfluffs! A game's development is never finished though, and we've built up a lot of small changes we wanted to make over the past few years.
Big changes
Steam Deck compatibility
Added gamepad button graphics (Xbox, PS4, Switch, Steam Deck). If the buttons don't display correctly, try disabling Steam Input in Steam's right-click menu for the game.
Better control config screen
New character select art
Smaller stuff
World 12 for Savant plays Blackberry instead of Tangerine
Text readability is improved
Shadow Joust hitbox bug fixed
Small balancing adjustments to certain Yoggvals
Fixed start-of-level iframes being different on a first play than a restart in some levels
Fixed a certain checkpoint trigger so you can't skip segments with the "Restart from Checkpoint" button
Custom boss Disaro can't be easily stunlocked with up-kicks anymore
Phoenix Yoggval can't be softlocked by using an emote between phases
Sound adjustments (like on Thremnats) to make it not overlap weirdly if a lot play at once
Boki's final boss has various graphical tweaks for readability, and slight balance changes
Fortress Virs core phase lasers are slightly easier
Speedrun Mode now properly saves W12 hard mode times
If you find any major bugs with the update, Twitter or Discord are the fastest ways to get in contact.
Special Summer Sale Bundle!
A celebration of gaming history, indie style! Experience a stage-based platformer in the style of the 8-bit greats, a story-driven Metroidvania with a distinctly 16-bit flair, a loving tribute to early 3D survival horror experiences from the 32-bit era, and a more modern 64-bit throwback to all of the above. In true nostalgia fashion, these aren’t actually 8-, 16-, or 32-bit, but rather representations of the way we all remember games from those eras to be. So put on your rose-colored glasses and pajamas, grab a bowl of cereal, and transport yourself back to a simpler time in gaming!
We've prepared a special summer sale bundle "Console Generations" for all Copy Kitty fans. You will be able to purchase the following games that have a wide variety of shooters for an additional 20% OFF, on top of the individual game discounts! https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/15372/Console_Generations/

Copy Kitty version 3.1.0 released! Boss Rush Mode is in, and you can buy the soundtrack!
Boss Rush Mode is complete! See how fast you can beat every boss in a row, with a wider variety of weapons available than in the main game. This is the final content update for Copy Kitty. It's been over 7 years in the making, and the bosses are the best part! You might even find some surprises...
This update also adds a downloadable soundtrack! It's about 2 hours of music total, and includes some bonus unused tracks.
The game and soundtrack are both on sale for the next week (until August 19th), so make sure to grab them!

Version 2.11 Release
Version 2.11 change log:
• Several crash fixes and other bug fixes.
• Maps added during the stage transitions.
• Some small level changes and one new level in the forest.
• World 11 weapons added to the star menu.
• Level editor has preset graphic themes for Tundra and Ruins.
• Database has all the new W11 enemies (and some old ones that weren't in it yet).
• Main menu song upgrade! The old one was from 3 years ago.
• Hard Mode bonus levels re-added (absent from 2.1 because of time constraints).
This is just a small fixup patch before we start working on the big full release!
Version 2.1 Release
Version 2.1 change log:
• World 11 (has 10 levels + 2 bosses)
• Intermission scenes in Endless
• New earlygame levels + enemies
• Completely new menus that are way cooler

There's some really minor stuff like the database entries that weren't finished in time, but I really just wanted to get this main content out there after 6 months of working on it! It's a pretty big upgrade over the last release.
