Update on the Cosmos
Welcome Back Co-Pilot, We have received some intel from our deep space satellites regarding the eradication of multiple Cosmic Rifts in the Zeldari system, seem like the Cosmic Entities are holding off their attack efforts, or maybe losing? we are not sure yet. Here's some of the intel we received;
Increased the Health and Damage spawned by Cosmic Echos in the Vivid Nightmare Rift
Updated the Main Menu screen, Level selection screen and Collection Screen
You can now buy Colour Sets from the Starship Hanger, These change the visual colour of your starships using animated materials and colour pallets
Weaponisation
Attack Damage has been replaced with Ballistic Damage
Ability Damage has been replaced with Plasma Damage
Summon Damage has been replaced Laser Damage
All subsequent items, Artifacts and Augments now scale with these new stats,
All weapons now have a specific Weapon Type assigned to them to allow game play diversity
Rift Modififers
In other news our Rift Scientists have been working hard to pull energy from the Rift Core using the Rift Modification device (RMD) and with some success we have been able to pull all different types of energy from from the deeps of the Rift core;
Stable Modifiers now grant Health Regeneration equal to the Rift Energy it requires to choose it
Unstable Modifiers grant Gold, Items and Artifacts based on the type of Modifier chosen
Enemies Of The Cosmos
Our scanners have picked up some new and powerful entities lurking beyond the shadows
New Enemy type "Overlord" will now start showing up after completing 25 or more Rift Events in one rift
Larger and more powerful enemies will now show up sooner due to the increase use of the RMD
Augment Changes
Augments have been a great contention for powering through rifts and progression in the game but some Augments have become over-preforming alot of other augments in the same tier, to this end we have adjusted multiple Augments to match their power levels per tier;

Artifact Changes
Some Artifacts have not that enjoyable to use, to the point in which picking them is a detriment to your overall progress. These are the Artifacts changed to better match the scaling fun you would expect from a rouge lite;
Advanced Artifact Descriptions
Pressing "Left Alt" brings up the Enhanced upgrade that is achievable through the Enhancer perk or thoughout the mechanics in the rift, The UI for the Enhanced Artifact versions look like this;
Bugs Fixed
Fixed an issue with the Artifact "T441 Auto Upgrader" in which the selections would sometimes roll the same option twice or even three times
Fixed an issue with the Augment "Ethereal Barrier" in which using abilities reduces the shield and prevents it from recharging for a few seconds
Fixed an issue with the wording on the completion screen mentioning "Easy ,Medium and Hard Rifts" when the rifts are shown as "Small, Medium and Large"
Fixed some small visual text errors with Rift modifiers
Fixed an issue with the player not being able to use the Blink Ability while slowed
Fixed an issue with Celestes drone attack in which they were able to hit you with a large invisible collision
Fixed UI clipping issues with the shop UI while the Inventory is open
Fixed issues with enemy spawning in which you would never see the enemies "Guardian" or "Gunner"
Fixed a text issue with the end screen in which a boss tooltip was using the wrong name
Fixed an issue with "The Lost Freightship" movement trail not being tied to the base mesh causing it to show at any angle
Fixed an issue with The Lost Freightship spawning at an incorrect angle
Fixed a rare issue in which you would fight two of the same Cosmic Echo back to back
Fixed an ordering issue with the Compendium menu relating to the Enemies in which order you would find them in game
Fixed a rare issue in which the Rift Core would remain after a boss is spawned
Fixed a wording issue with the Artifact "Blessing of Cosmos" in which it would spawn ANY item and not only spawning common Items
Fixed a visual bug with the Incoming Cosmic Echo icon showing while the menu is closed
Fixed a issue with the Augment "Mitosis" in which items dropped from it can roll as Artifacts instead of guaranteed items
Fixed an issue with picking up a Health Orb while regenerating health does not grant the health from the Health Orb
Fixed an issue with the Ancient necklace passives icon tooltip not showing the "Bonus Attack Speed" in purple

Welcome back Co-Pilot, Our intergalactic scanners have detected a large and unstable rift in the furthest reaches of the cosmos radiating with some pretty powerful energy, think you can close this one before it gets to close to Orion?
NEW TO COSMOS
- New and Improved LEVEL SELECTION menu with updated descriptions, XP modifiers and visuals for each Rift - NEW and dangerous Cosmic rift called the Vivid Nightmare. - Artifact choices can now be Rerolled with 10 Gold in the Inventory - Augments and Artifacts have had their description updated to highlight words in colours to help players identify key actions (health=green) - Optimised the Collection UI menu - The Black Market now has a visual representation in the world and is shown with a ship orbiting the Orion Satellite
VIVID NIGHTMARE
The vivid nightmare rift is filled with a powerful and dangerous electromagnetic storm - Enemies hit with the power of the storm are empowered, granting them bonus maximum health, damage and size, they also become volatile causing them to explode on death. - Shrines in the Vivid Nightmare give you control over the Storm for 60 seconds, Getting hit by a vivid lighting bolt empowers you instead - Once a Cosmic Rift Event has been started the storm will amplify causing lighting to strike almost everywhere - Cosmic Echos have a 33% chance of dropping a VIVID ARTIFACT, a very rare and very powerful artifact that is granted on pickup, these are some of the Vivid Artifacts you can find;
- Fixed a bug with Multiple boon tooltips using the incorrect Text/Image - Fixed a bug with the last enemy failing to recall the gold coin because the event to call the gold was happening too quickly - Fixed a bug with the Unholy Celestial Cannons that caused their range to be set to 0.1 all the time - Fixed multiple Audio bugs, most of them UI based (and important one to note is the Audio scaling bug with the Game/Music sliders) - Fixed issues with Connar's Co-Pilot starship using the wrong Mesh and icon

Welcome back Co-Pilot, Corporate has updated the Compendium with visuals for the Enemies/Cosmic Echos and updates to the career stats to track enemy kills

- Added a new compendium page that features Cosmic Echos / Enemies with some info on their LORE, Killcount and Max Health - Added keybinding support to allow players to change keybindings for every gameplay/menu keys - Updated the tutorial and HUD with the correct keybindings - Balanced all the Cosmic Rift Modifiers Rift Energy cost/rewards - Updated the Artifact UI selection screen to have more flare! - Updated multiple developer code UI menus when collecting rewards (use code "starter" for free stuff) - Augments now show their rarity on the top left corner

XP is now based on gained XP + Rift Infuser Type (1-30) x XP multiplier - TEMP fixed FPS issues with the spawning of multiple Asteroids after each boss has been killed, this feature of asteroids spawning after each boss kill has been disabled until the asteroids are optimised - Fixed multiple Audio/Music errors with the main menu UI screens - Fixed issues with Developer Code popup menu still showing the back button from the previous menu - Fixed visual errors with the Augments Icons in the Level Selection menu
Cosmos Update 2.2.6 - Enemies Of The Rift
Cosmic Rift Modifiers
Welcome Back Co-Pilot, We are happy to inform you that R&D have been working on a brand new Rift Infusion Cannon that allows us to directly modify the Cosmic Rift and siphon the power. Management want you drain these Cosmic Rifts of all their Energy and return alive this time.
Here's what we know so far: - Cosmic Rifts can be modified by flying to the event horizon and selecting a Modifer for the Rift Infusion Cannon to focus on, Then stand back and watch collect the energy (Any kill anything that tries to stop you) - Rift Modifiers get more powerful the more you choose the same modifier, but at a cost of consuming more Rift Energy - There are over 120 different Rift Modifiers to find so expect some Chaos!
Changes to Base Gameplay
- Ensouled Co-Pilots have been replaced with "Enemies" which come in 10 different types, the harder and more powerful enemies can be found as more Rift Energy is consumed - All Cosmic Echos have custom Rotation movement that goes from their previous rotation to the new rotation preventing the weird and hanky snapping that was seen before - Majority of Cosmic Echos have had their arsenal updated and summon enemies as part of their ability set - The intergalactic Merchant has stocked some new wares in the shop and with the new addition of GOLD as drops from enemies and the ability to Summon the Intergalactic Merchant via the Rift Modifier screen you can be guaranteed to be able to buy Items or Repair your starship at least once - Multiple Artifacts and all Boons and Curses have had their Images updated to better match the effect - Updated the Compendium with all the new Information, Please check out the new changes if you are unsure on specific mechanics - All Cosmic Echo stats are now tracked, and on completion of a Cosmic Rift (Or Death) you can see how well you did for each fight
Other Changes/Upgrades
- Updated the visuals of the Cosmic Rift, Rift Border, Rift Opening and Rift closing particle animations - Updated the Main Menu environment to use better lighting and added animations for entering/exiting the starship hanger - Enabled Anti-Aliasing to prevent the hard edges made by all Voxel meshes - Updated the Crosshair and Cursor customisation to show what the changes look like to the Cursor/Crosshair that is not currently being used - The Railgun now no longer has a critical hit zone you have to watch but charges 25% faster and deals 10% more damage - Weapon shots are now 100% Accurate by default - Multiple Starships have been re-designed like our "Starfinder" Starship awarded to those who are willing to pay the price for this Foxy looking ship!

This Augment has been under preforming and has been changed to do something a little more fancy and reactive, and now with the power levels of Hero Augments this matches the others in the same category. Also anyone who is a fan of the Headhunter in Path Of Exile would enjoy this Augment :D Killing an enemy grants a random stat modifier for 20 seconds

Welcome Back Co-Pilot, we have Intel on a possible Shattered Rift about 5 light years out, Said to be opened by The Prism. We are asking this only because we have to, Can you close it? The energy readings show this rift is nothing like what we have seen before... I suggest you bring your best equipment I expect a few casualties.

- New Shattered Domain Rift in which each Cosmic Echo is influenced by The Prism's grasp, causing every 3rd attack to pulse with energy releasing a devastating attack - New main menu visuals to match the new update! (along with some visual updates to help clarify the menus) - The intergalactic merchant is back with new merchandise, Interact with his store items to buy them, He also now sells Health restores for Shadow Diamonds. - Changed Artifact (Nano-Bots) to (Jar of Nano-Bots) - Updated the Collection menu to include the count of items collected in each category

- Fixed wording errors with Co-Pilot descriptions - Removed Cosmic Echo name prefix/Suffixs like "Fast Asterix of the Dragon" Ultimately these are not explained in any capacity and just are named to show the increased stats from the rift multiplier - Fixed a bug where the timer for Blinking or Using Hex missiles would constaly keep refreshing even while at maximum charges - Fixed Audio issues with the Black hole Generator Artifact that wasnt using the saved sound settings - Fixed Audio issues with multiple boss projectiles not using attenuation, These sounds show now fade at distance - Fixed issues with the back button on the missions screen in the main menu - Fixed an audio error with the resolution selection screen using the incorrect SFX and volumes
