In the Old Administration Training Method challenge, you can get [Old Administration Pass] which you can use to craft Exclusive Gear. Moreover, there is a small chance for the whole exclusive gear to drop after a successful run.

To craft with [Old Administration: Counter] Mold, you need 2,500,000 Credits, 400 [Old Administration Pass], and 600 Advanced Gear materials.
Each mold will give a random exclusive gear from these four gears listed above.
