That means Free, fully playable Countryballs Demo will be available through Steam at 10:00 AM CEST (6.00 PM GMT+0) 16.06.21
Demo:
Countryballs Demo is a short standalone game. During the playthrough, you’ll be able to check out: - 3 Factions (Poland, USA, Russia) (out of 7) - 10 Spells (out of 33 ) - 12 Heroes (out of 36 ) - 1v1 Map Play against SI or Hot seat against your friend!
Gameplay: between 45 min to 1,3h Quality: Beta Livestream During this time - we are going to make a live stream of our playthrough!
Cinematic Trailer: That’s not everything. We’re also going to release a Countryballs Related Cinematic Trailer! Yes, we made it! The trailer will be released during the steam summer Next festival.
Release date: I can say only that we're 1 month away from having a complete game. After that Q&A tests and we'll let you know the exact release date!

May update - Demo is coming
Hi everyone, We are approaching the demo and beta release.

Let's go straight to the point: In mid-June, at the Steam Next festival, our demo will be available for everyone. The demo will have quality and beta functionality (without extra maps/campaign)
Update The next Update will be available at the end of this month or at the beginning of the next. It will be much more "juicy" in terms of content. Coming soon: - New Gameplay (World) Trailer, - Massive Changelog, - Schedule of all upcoming things.
Ok, when will you release the game? The short answer: this summer.
I hope that this short, succinct update has shed some light on the current state of the project. We still have a lot of work to do, but we can already see a strong light in the tunnel.

March Update
Hello Everyone! Time for an update
You asked us to add Poland with the right colors as a separate faction. Your opinion is the most important thing to us... that's why Poland faction joined the game. From today, apart from Polandball ( Poland with inverted colors), you will also find Poland with the correct colors!
Additionally, our musician has prepared great music for the Poland faction!
Through these videos, we want to convey to you the atmosphere of our little game. I sincerely hope that we can show it.

Of course, we do not intend to remove the original Polandball from the rotation of our factions. Poland with the appropriate colors will constitute a new - separate faction. We think everyone will be satisfied that way.

What is the current state of the project: Basically, we are a few weeks of hard work away from what we can call an ,,early beta" build. Once we're done and the build passes the Q&A tests, we'll of course let you know!
It goes quite slowly, but remember that we are doing it in 3 people ;)

February Update Countryballs Heroes
Hello there Countryball fans, time for an update!
Recently, some of you asked us about the current state of the project, what’s the current progress, what kinds of stuff are we working on, what’s the roadmap of the game, when we’ll release the game, and so on.
So let’s get started.

1. What’s the current progress of the game? What’s coming in the next build?
- Our programmer currently is working on SI (Enemy hero acting like a player) - I’m making Unity magic (Making Countryballs animations to work as a unit) - Our graphic designer is working on brand new stuff like New Balls, Spells, world assets
This means, 4 new factions soon will be ready to rock: UK/ China/Ger/ Poland B
Alpha based feedback 95% of your feedback has been already implemented, missing just a bit of visual polish. 95% of Bugs have been fixed So things like Pathfinding, Animation speed, disable/enable dialogs and many more are already in the testing build!
No Mac build is not ready yet ( will be before release ^.^)
Once again, thank you so much for your Alpha Feedback! Together we can make Countryballs great again!
To sum up: - Brand new factions are almost ready to rock - Alpha based feedback has been implemented - We'll let you know when the new build will be up on a beta branch - Detailed changelog will be available during patch day

Results of the community survey. Progress update.
Hello everyone,
It's time to show the results of the community survey. Thank you for helping us choose what countryballs we should add. We are very pleased that more than 390 people who supported us on Kickstarter have been involved in the process of creating the game.

We decided to add Poland with the right colors, in the form of a separate faction.
We appreciate your support and believe that even though Poland has lost... Poland won! Due to the structure of the whole game, it is not possible to do it in the form of "reskin" therefore Poland with normal colors will be treated as a completely new nation. I hope you will be pleased with this solution.

We are constantly working on it, we have already implemented more than 80% of your feedback. When we finish the entire list, we will add it to the build on Steam. In the plans, we have to give x2 updates before we enter the beta phase.

Kickstarter campaign is over, this is just the beginning.
Kickstarter Campaign Kickstarter campaign is over, leave the rest to us. Countryballs Heroes reached over 107% of the planned goal! This is the perfect foundation for our little game, we were very close to reach the next goal so who knows, we might add more stuff to the base game.
Community Voting Soon, we will send an email (with a survey) to our Kickstarter Supporters. Up there you will have a chance to choose your favorite country. Countries with the highest amount of votes will receive extra units and heroes. Countries with the most votes will get additional units and heroes. The list of countries that we are currently planning to implement - you will find in the survey!
Voting Power How does the Voting Power work? Depending on the support you showed us during the campaign, you will receive a special Voting Power Two countries with the most votes win – they’ll receive extra units & heroes.
Example: Person A had a chance to get Gameball for a total of 13 Voting Power. We multiply the person A vote by 13.
Person B had a chance to get Gameball for a total of 20 Voting Power. We multiply the person B vote by 20.
I hope it is pretty clear how it works. The community survey will be open until 14.12.2020
