What's next?
I got many positive feedbacks from you guys about the game and it was a really amazing feeling as this was my first ever game I made. So many of you are waiting to continue the story of Bran and the Cows so I wanted to post an update about it. Well Covid didn't make my life easier either so for an indefinite period I need to delay the project. It is really difficult for me to make a living and make the game at the same time considering that making the game itself requires a lot of money too.
I am still really excited about it so I will deffinitely finish it sooner or later but at the moment it is not clear for me when this will happen. So there it is. I hope you can hear from me and the next episode as soon as possible. Until then stay safe and good luck with any project you might get into!
Another game from me
A little story about myself. Because of this COVID-19 situation I lost my job. So I made another game (Stozle) in my spare time to cover my expenses while I make Cowpocalypse Episode 2. It's a smaller game, not related to CP but if you like exciting stories and sudoku puzzles check it out!

Swimming is hard
To sum my experience with Indiegogo: I can't start a campaign from my country, Hungary because Indiegogo updated their policy recently. An email was sent to me by Indiegogo on August 5 saying that I should launch the campagin before August 12. As it was summer I didn't check my email in that period so I missed the deadline. I find this "one week notice" ridiculous. I spent a huge ammount of time preparing the campagin itself, not to mention my business plan was from the start of the development that I make Ep1 free on Steam so I could launch the campaign of Ep2 on Indiegogo. I wrote an email to the Indiegogo support about their mishandled situation and all I got was a sample copypaste letter. I feel they made a mistake, and they didn't even acknowledge it when I raised their attention. It's really sad.
I can't recommend Indeigogo to anyone now. They might change something else for you in a blink of an eye. Use Kickstarter instead if you can. Or anything else.
So I guess that's it for now. I really appreciate every support so far, but I can't cross the river right now. The ship (Indiegogo) I bought a ticket for changed it's seats at the last minute forbidding Hungarian passangers (among other nations) to get aboard.
The other side is still there though. I might find an other way to cross the river in the future. One can never know for sure, maybe you guys will hear from Episode 2 in the future!

Hope? It is always there!
I really tought it was over. Besides Kicktarter and Indiegogo, I ckecked many sites and none allowed projects from Hungary. But then I got an email with a link to GoGetFunding. Whaaat? They allow? They do.
I don't want to get too excited, so I'm not promisiong you anything either. I still have to look into their conditions. But let me just say this: There is hope!
Bad news: Indiegogo won't happen
It's a really depressing feeling that after a huge ammount of preparation it turns out that I can't start a campaign from my country, Hungary.
It shocked me, because the last time I checked I was on the eligable list (about 1 year ago). I don't know if Indiegogo updated their policy since then, or I was reading an outdated info before. In any case, I can't really do anything about it. I'm sorry that I made you guys excited and now I let you down. Believe me, it's a horrible news for me too.
I believe that honesty is the best way to go. So here it is: without support I can't make Episode 2, so it surely won't happen in the near future. I hope that in the distant future I could start working on it, because I really enjoyed the development, but it's out of my sight for now.

I have already wrote the story of the second episode (it will be the last, final episode), but I can't finish it without you! I am making this game alone and the development is really time/energy/money consuming. So for the second episode to be able to exist, I need your help! With a sucessful Indiegogo campaign you can make my dream come true!
