Hey everyone! This update is truly epic, as it brings lots of new stuff that will make the experience of Craftomation 101 different in so many ways! Namely:
Version 0.45:
New command: Find & Drop makes a Craftomate to search for and place an element into the nearest Storage unit
Heater reworked: it now warms out lines of tiles horizontally and vertically (see screenshot below)
Feeding system reworked: raw elements are now significantly less nutritious for Craftomates. Instead, the most effective way to recharge them would be either via Coal Brick (Coal + Stone; previously known as Coal Dust) or via Batteries
Sources of materials (Stone, Coal etc.) now provide larger amounts of raw elements: 1500 vs 600, with an exception for Hard Ice on the edge of the map
Quest system reworked: Command Center quests now require providing only 1 type of element for completion, but there are more of them in general
We hope you enjoy this epic update! Don't forget to wishlist and follow us:
Hey everyone! So many cool things happening these days!
Version 0.44:
Added find_and_pick command, which prompts a Craftomate to pick up a unit of a selected resource, if it's available
Reworked path finding for Craftomates to prevent them from trying to cross over a blocked tile
Reworked resource generators spawning algorithm, to prevent situations when a resource stash is visibly present, but is actually depleted, and vise versa
So many of you have been asking for them and they have arrived: the glorious variables are finally here, allowing you to store and evoke parameters and code a more complicated code! The proper manual to explain those is just on the way, but if you're familiar with programming mindframe, you'll get them in no time. Happy coding!
But that's not just it!
Version 0.43:
Added variables, allowing to save and evoke coordinates in so many ways
Reworked 'low battery' trigger, which is now structured as a checker, similar to 'compare'
Reworked 'compare' node, which now compares not the two hands, but one (selected) hand with the contents of a tile

Just like the sources of heat gradually warm out the surface of the mysterious planet in Craftomation 101, we keep slowly but steadily improving its looks.
And it's literally starting to show! It was months of preparations, but after the past couple of updates the game has visually evolved beyond recognition! Hope you like those new graphic treats this update brings you!
Adjacent Resource tiles now visually stack with each other
Adjacent Frozen tiles now stack too, into one epic layer of ice
During late game stages, grass starts growing in the warmed-out areas
Hard ice now can be harvested for Ice and molten with Heaters
Hello everyone. I am so happy to finally share with you this very update. Why? Because the world is now completely new. It's big. It's shiny. It's covered by new snow and deeply frozen regions. All of this is hand-drew from scratch and playtested.
Also, the coding tutorial is now adaptive. It will be much harder to get stuck. so more players will have a fun understanding of how to terraform mars using visual programming. Here is the video of how Ivan tried to break it (and didn't succeed).
Version 0.41:
Brand new terrain appearance including all the regions like snow, ground, and deeply frozen zones.
Hey there! You know what's good about Craftomation 101? Steam Summer Sale is happening right now, but Craftomation 101 is still in free alpha stage, so you can enjoy it no matter what, even in your browser!
And, it's getting better, too!
Version 0.39 Released!
New Command: 'is empty' checks whether a selected Storage or Bonfire unit contains an item and then takes one of two actions depending on the result
New Command: 'swap' prompts a Craftomate to switch whatever items it's holding in its hands
Craftomates now come in 6 different colors along with different ear shapes, to make them easier to distinguish from one another
Reworked hint system, that resulted in fixing some nasty bugs, with other to be eradicated in the next patch
The Rocket now clears up space around it before transforming into Command Center
