We have set up a special development environment to test something very secret...! Currently, this is only available on Steam for the Windows platform.

The requirements to participate in the development environment are:
- A windows computer
- A Steam account with a copy of Crash Drive 2
- A Discord account

CD2 Christmas update
Today we've released a small Steam-only update that fills the snow level with Christmas themed props. Go check it out while you can: The Christmas event is live starting today, 20 December until 31 December. This will be a recurring event from now on.

CD2 engine update & cloud save!


We've updated CD2 to improve hardware support and also making it easier for us to keep maintaining the game.

Changes:

  • Save data is now synced to Steam Cloud!
  • Data is now saved&loaded per steam account and won't mix after switching accounts
  • Updated Unity from 4.6 to Unity 5.5 for better hardware compatability
  • Shady dealer car now aligns to terrain and drives less choppy
  • Added an easter egg to the tropical level
  • Now showing settings screen pre-game
  • Fixed various errors that were logged

Minor update v7: Tank battles fixes


We just launched a minor update. This update fixes the bug where player are no longer able to play tank battles because the Tank mode has the Schoolbus selected instead of a normal tank. The game apparently completely blows up because of this.

Last but not least we also updated the game to Unity 4.7.0f1 which brings various small fixes
