The next two bracers are now ready for you to unlock in game. If you have already reached the goals you'll be granted them the next time you play. Otherwise, train hard and you'll be rewarded well!

If you go to the Dojo tab and select a bracer that you have not unlocked yet, you'll see what you need to do to unlock it. Found out if you are Nomad or Royal.

It's time for some rewards for your hard work! I previously added seasonal items to customise your Dojo, though now I thought it was about time we had some new bracers to train with in your own style.

The bracers come with a smoother backend system as well, all unlockables now including the Dojo environments trigger a small floating plank pop up that you can punch right away if you want to access your new reward immediately.
This hopefully makes rewards clearer as to when you unlock them, and being able to access them faster. And all your rewards will be in one place, under "DOJO" in the menu. There's now a "BRACERS" section where you can find all the currently unlockable bracers.

Unlockable bracers! New bracers will be added regularly for a few months that need to be unlocked at different levels of training.

New reward system! Check for the pop up panels that you can smash once you've unlocked something.
Removed accuracy count bar from the scoreboard when in Fight mode, as this is only valid for Train mode.
Fixed issue where Expert level 11 wouldn't unlock in some instances.
Updated leaderboards layout to be clearer.
FIxed issue where if using focus mode directly after Expert, precision spheres would spawn. Or was that a feature? I'm not sure, but it doesn't happen anymore. :)

- Fixed bug in Train Tier 3 "Apprentice" where the blades would sometimes have "Expert" rank pads connected to them. - Fixed issue where "Strength" achievement (Complete Fight Tier 2) wouldn't unlock under some conditions. - Made "Home" achievement retroactive, so that it will auto-unlock if you already did the tutorial. - Removed next level unlock text at the end of Fight Tier 2 Level 10 as it's the last level of Fight.
New rank: Expert

I've been working on this update for quite some time so I'm excited to finally push it out to you all. I've added a new ranking system for "Train" that splits up the Tiers and Levels as such:
Novice: Tutorial
Apprentice: Tiers 1 - 3 (The original Train Tiers).
Expert: Tiers 1 - 3 (A new way to play the levels that requires a different skill π)
There are a few things that change in Expert, the main one is that you must make contact with specific areas of the punch pads and blocks in order to get points, as well as a new dodge dummy arm where you also need to punch defensively. ππ₯

I've also worked on some other changes in terms of how the scoring works, the dummy swings and quality of life fixes. Check them out here:

New Rank system: "Train" is now split into various Ranks, as you finish a Tier in one Rank, you can play it in the next. The original 3 Tiers are now part of `Apprentice` rank, and currently you can play the next one: `Expert`. This rank includes a new way to play the levels that's more challenging but more rewarding.
Updated scoring system: Points are now relative to how close you were to making contact with the dummy arm (block/punch) at the right time. Making contact exactly when it meets the ghost will grant 100% points, the further you are off that, the less points you get. Level passing scores have been updated to match this.
New menu layout in Train section of the menu to allow for switching between ranks. As well as new colors for each rank.
22 achievements have been added to the store platform! There are now a total of 34 achievements.
Fixed issue where after selecting music in the `Extra` section it was not possible to return to mods.
Blocking correctly now makes the dummy arm increase speed, rather than slow down. So watch out!
Punching a blade from behind will not make the blade come back at you (yes that was a thing, but now it's not).
Punch planks to start levels will not appear until a level has been selected for the Mode you are currently viewing. No more accidental tutorial triggering!
Fixed issue where game wouldn't pause when removing your device from your head.
Fixed issue where game hands would center in front of you when you press the device menu button.
Stop Xmas tree from being switched out with the lantern every time you load the game (for those of you who want that Xmas feel all year round).
Fixed issue with challenges on menu not displaying properly in some instances.
Fixed issue where going from some menu pages back to Dojo editing the leaderboards would no longer appear.

What an amazing year of the Ox π it has been, and now onto the year of the Tigerπ . It is time to show how fearce you are, what you have learned in the previous year and how it applies to your life, your health and your mind. π
Keeping a strong mind and focus during training is one of the hardest, yet most important, aspects of practicing Kung Fu. So I've worked with a composer to give you this latest update: original music tracks associated to each environment to help you focus, but also to train with style. π΅π΅π΅
You will equally find a new section in the menu to select your prefered track to play during your session, once you've unlocked them of course.

In-game score board now also includes an accuracy display meter (0 - 100%)
Making errors / missing now reduces both your hits and accuracy percentages.
Dummy arms will always switch to new arm if you miss.
Removed Xmas tree from spawning when first try game.
New special item added for this season! (auto-replaces xmas tree position if you haven't moved your tree).

This update was in fact implemented over New Year but there were other announcements and updates at the time too, so I wanted to space them out a bit. You can take this as an official announcement here that you can now use all bHaptic devices with Crazy Kung Fu! πππ
Once you play with haptics there's no going back, you have been warned. Feel those punches and blocks vibrate through your chest depending on the strength of impact. Feel the blades cut accross you when you don't dodge fast enough. This is truly a great way to bring your training to the next level! π
