Puzzles are fun to play, but they can be even more exciting to create! Using the in-game tools, you too can design your puzzles using your favorite puzzle mechanics, and share it with the world easily using the generated ID, similar to other popular Level Makers.
Quickly iterate on your puzzle ideas, test what works and what doesn't work. When you're done, simply beat your own puzzle to have a chance to upload it.
After iterating on so many puzzles and ways to make puzzles, the Level Maker was made with how I wish I had been making my puzzles during the development of Crew 167. The tool is fast and responsive, and uses both hands (WASD and Arrows) to quickly switch between different components. During development, the back-and-forth was sadly a bit more tedious than this.
Once your puzzle is submitted, a unique ID is generated for you, and can be shared among your friends or on socials.
Disclaimer: The Level Maker is in Beta and might not fully support Controller at this point. More features will be added over time, and more customization such as changing the size of the puzzle, or allow you to choose your environment.
For any additional information, join the Discord and come chat with us. It would be a pleasure to chat about it!
Cheers, and happy puzzling! Jonathan
