[Update] Small update, 21.12.2023

Rise of the machines



  • Fixed a bug that made it possible to provoke the enemies in the “Rise of the machines” brawl to appear in a certain location and cause previous enemies to self-destruct.
  • Now it is much harder to push enemy vehicles into minefields in the “Rise of the machines” brawl.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed players to increase the time limit in the “Rise of the machines” brawl by destroying their own drones.
  • Fixed a bug in the “Rise of the machines” mode that caused enemies to get stuck.
  • Removed the ability to obtain the “Valkyrie” patch in the “Rise of the machines” mode.

ATTENTION:



  • This update fixed a number of significant bugs due to which the brawl didn’t work as intended, and top places in the leaderboard were occupied due to these bugs.
  • We have decided to reset the leaderboard so that all players can once again compete for the best rewards under equal conditions.
  • Upon the reset, the entire accumulated rating was reset to zero.
  • At the end of the event, all rewards will be issued according to the places in the leaderboard occupied after it was reset.


Other



  • Fixed a bug where it wasn’t possible to apply a stabilizer when re-upgrading the “Hippogriff” cabin.
  • Made improvements to the vehicle position synchronization system: this should reduce the number of “jerking” after collisions.
  • Fixed the incorrect placement of environmental objects on the “Air harbour” map, and fixed a bug where falling while being in a car in a certain location could result in the car passing through the surface.
  • Added the ability to select the weather in garages during the winter event.
  • Fixed a bug where enemies might not appear in the “Moment of truth” mission in the “Adventure” mode.
  • Fixed a bug where raiders were not displayed correctly in the team list on the Xbox console.
  • Fixed a bug with the absence of available easy raids against the Nomads and there was no way to get the “Nomad destroyer 1” patch.
  • Fixed a bug where the received patches for armoured aircraft were not taken into account in the progress of seasonal challenges.
  • Added locations with normal weather conditions to the map rotation for the New Year event.
  • Reworked the sounds of car explosions.
  • Fixed a bug where the challenge to shoot off vehicle parts was not completed in the “New Year Fever” mission.
  • Fixed a bug where the +3 km/h cabin upgrade could multiply the speed of flying when using a rotor.
  • Improved a number of in-game texts.

[Announcement] Corrections of errors in the “Rise of the machines” brawl

Hello!

With the release of the “Rise of the machines” update, several critical bugs have been discovered in the festive brawl of the same name. The bugs caused the mode to not work as originally intended, and as a result, many of the results within the mode were incorrect and inflated. This led to unfair distribution of places in the leaderboard.

This Thursday we plan to release a small update, which will fix all known bugs in the brawl, as well as several others. During the update, we will need to reset the current rating in the brawl. We do this to ensure that the high rating that has already been achieved in some cases due to bugs in the mode doesn’t cause the best rewards to become unobtainable. Please note that only the rating in the leaderboard will be reset. Accumulated crackers and resources for participating in the brawl will not be affected.

This way, all players can start their path to the most valuable rewards from the beginning and under equal conditions.

To make up for the event’s not so successful start, we are giving away 3 days of premium subscriptions to everyone. To receive it, you need to log into the game before December 24, 23:59 GMT, and pick up the gift in the upper right corner of the garage.

We would like to thank you all for your understanding, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again in the “Rise of the machines” brawl this Thursday!

Survivors! We received a message through secret channels that Gronch is gathering talented engineers. This is what we managed to intercept: “I need cars… I’ll pay 5000 coins for the best ones with the “Echo” cabin. I’ll give you time until Christmas…” The message ends there.

Objective



  • Build an armoured car for Gronch that will meet the requirement. The armoured car must be able to move on its own. Share your entry on the Exhibition during the submission stage and don’t forget to add the NY24 tag to its name (capital letters are necessary).

New Year’s promotion for structural parts
