As you can see, there are some significant changes if you compare it to the previous one. First of all, we are ready to announce the Crossroads Inn Anniversary Edition which will be available in fall this year! Anniversary Edition will be a free update for everyone who owns Crossroads Inn Season Pass. Anniversary Edition will include Crops & Harvest and Ghost & Pumpkins DLCs as a part of this huge update. We are constantly working and updating the game and fixing bugs. If you report any bug to us it will be thoroughly checked by our team, so don’t hesitate and send your feedback to us! With your help, this process will be significantly faster so, yet again, don't falter and contact us if you have found something that is out of order (but not your Tavern’s toilet! We won’t handle this one for ya!)
Another news is dedicated to our fans who speak Chinese. You will be happy to know that we are working on Simplified Chinese localization for the game. It’s another huge task that gave us over 14k lines of text to translate which caused the delay as the challenge is significant here and we want to do it professionally. But don’t worry! It will be ready to launch this fall!

Grill & Barbecue DLC
New objects and mechanics related to grilling under the cloud have been added. Seven grills with different appearance and statistics - including three referring to the lands of Delcrys. Free-standing tents have been added, which will make the time of guests sitting outside more pleasant. A meat mincer has been added. If you have unnecessarily different types of meat in your warehouse, you can turn them into minced meat, additionally, five different minced meat dishes have also been added.
There have been several changes in the interface to make it look better and, above all, be more intuitive. • By clicking on the counter we can start the menu • Clicking on any piece of furniture can switch to furnishing mode • By clicking on any room we can switch to building mode • By clicking on any storage object we can move to the selection of stored goods • The appearance of the context menu appears after clicking on an object, character or room • Closing the building or furniture mode window immediately takes you to the basic mode

The game will debut on May 28th this year. SKYHILL: Black Mist is a sequel to the unique Skyhill game from 2015, in which the player’s task was to escape from a hotel overrun by mutants.

SKYHILL: Black Mist, the second installment of the series, is a combination of horror and survival game. The game loosely parallels the original concept, but gameplay-wise it’s a revolutionary step forward. This time the developers moved from 2D to 3D, presenting the action in an isometric view. The game mechanics have been significantly enhanced with stealth elements and solutions known from metroidvania-like games, including the ability to re-explore already visited locations to find previously inaccessible items and information. An important element of the game, also improved compared to the original, is the crafting system that allows players to craft items that will help them survive in the most difficult conditions.
The story in SKYHILL: Black Mist is inspired by the classic horror cinema, while also introducing mysterious and paranormal elements that we associate with such series as Stranger Things. The player cannot be sure what is true and what is an illusion. Locked in a haunted luxurious building complex owned by the mysterious corporation Skyhill Inc., he tries to understand who or what stands behind the eponymous Black Mist that turns people into mindless monsters.

PATCH 2.5.1! New feature!
Innkeepers!
In patch 2.5.1 we decided to add a new feature! Since today you can manually move your employees. After you move one of them, AI will reset and start the next actions automatically. How do you like this solution? We are thinking about adding the possibility of moving customers, so your opinion is crucial!
In the patch, you can also find 2 bugfixes: - You can rent a room to the countess in act 1 (it is necessary to start the act again if you've got old save) - Dishes placed on new tables will no longer hang in the air

As you may know, SKYHILL: Black Mist is a follow-up to unique Skyhill game from 2015. A simple idea wrapped in 2D comic-book graphics appealed to thousands of players around the world, instantly becoming an indie bestseller with 200k units sold!

Sooo, you've become a respected innkeeper, and you've earned this title. Guests are satisfied and the river of cash is flowing straight into your register. The dreams of running your own inn have become reality, days are made of routine activities, you order deliveries, discipline drunks, and drill lazy employees. Everything is beautiful - but is it all there is? Is this what the rest of your life is bound to be? Once you wanted to be a hero, a warrior, an adventurer! The inn is a good business, but there must be more to life!
You come up with an idea – a bold one, and not entirely legal. What if you add a pinch of spice to this business? Some real emotions. Not giving it too much thought, you start digging a small dungeon underneath the tavern. It will not be an ordinary cellar. You have your finger on the pulse of the entertainment business in Delcrys, and you know that there's a new thing that excites everyone, from the common folk to the aristocracy: illegal fighting, an underground circle of brave people, who are not afraid of any risk and care not for unsightly scars and gaps in teeth. But with the underground tournaments come all kinds of suspicious types, and circulation of illegal goods, the ones that should be kept away from the wary looks of the authorities. Drugs, gambling, and mixed martial arts – this will be the inn!
THE PIT is the second extensive expansion for Crossroads Inn, which allows you to run illegal businesses, and gives you new options of expanding your inn - from now your granary, warehouse, guest rooms, and even the entire inn may be built underground! And what is underground is not always visible to the city authorities and guards...
IN THE PIT:
You will build a special underground arena and organize illegal fistfights
You will earn gold on betting - guests will bet on the results of the underground tournaments
You'll get ingredients only available on the black market, including Griffon eggs and daer meat, to serve new exclusive dishes
You will plant new plants: the forbidden pipe herbs and the "medicinal" plants
You will build a smaller arena, where liquerat fights will take place
You will install exercise equipment on which your boxers and other residents will be able to train, including a climbing pole, punching bags, and new combat mannequins
You will install new lamps on the ceiling, allowing you to run an underground pipe herb plantation
You will buy an alchemical table to make medicine... or drugs
You will build a dungeon where you will put problematic guests
Along with new earning opportunities, there are also new threats: city guard raids and confidants among guests.
