The university has been added. Citizens who have just become adults can receive education. They take classes for half the day and go to work for the rest of the day. The education period is short, but it is as efficient as the school. The fishing dock and bridge have been added. Fishing dock can be built near water and produce fish. People can get food in winter! Building the bridge will allow people to cross the river quickly.
