Hey everyone, as you may have noticed Cruelty Squad hasn't released many updates anymore, that's because it's done, and also because we're actively working on a new game, Psycho Patrol R.
It is a mech combat and tactical fps hybrid, you should check the steam page and our twitter for more information. Remember to wishlist!
Another batch of achievements
I added some more achievements for everyone complaining about lack of challenge. Enjoy.
Achievements
Hey everyone, I added achievements for completing each of the levels. I know I said I wouldn't but I honestly just couldn't be bothered figuring out how they work. More will come later but I don't have the time right now.
Minor fix
Fixed Funkgrunters not showing up.
Save handling should be less fragile now, and shouldn't crash the game if the save file is corrupt.
Small mystery change that you won't figure out for a couple of weeks.
Fix of fix of fix
Had to pull the earlier update because Godot 3.5.2 handles pathfinding differently than the earlier versions, but it's now updated to use the new system and should work properly. There may still be smaller bugs related to the version change and I'll fix them if they come up.
Also a few fixes I forgot to mention in the earlier update:
Brains are now visible
Appendix has a unique model (It was already made, just forgot to use it)
Issue with pathfinding
Due to the newer version of Godot handling pathfinding differently enemies can't really find their way anymore so I'm making the latest version a beta branch until I can fix this properly. Sorry about this mess.

Fixed Ballsfish crashing the game
Armor fix
Armor and speed booster damage penalties should now actually work. If you've been using armor it has probably been pointless until now.
Small patch
Fixed the infinite jump glitch.

Added a new hidden implant somewhere. Nothing huge just felt like adding something.
