This time we are having more than just a regular PvP wipe! Several great clans of CryoFall are ready to join this round for a massive and devastating battle of superiority! If you were hesitant to join some of the previous rounds on the Global PvP server fearing there might not be enough people—now is your chance.
Please note that the Global PvP server will use a relatively small community-created map which will ensure a high level of PvP engagement! The faction size limit for this round will be increased to 25 members, so call your friends! We will also adjust the server rates to ensure higher competition for oil and Li deposits (controlling them will also provide much more faction score points), among other minor changes.
In addition to the Global PvP server, all other official PvP servers will also have their usual scheduled wipe (every second Friday).

We have recently released a small patch that includes some changes to PvP but also changed the wipe interval from 1 week to 2 among other changes (see the patch notes). These changes are intended to provide plenty of time for end-game PvP battles, boss fights, and base raids.

Official PvP server changes with this patch: - Base shield duration is reduced from default 54 hours to 28 hours. - The oil/Li deposit lifetime duration is reduced from default 4 days to 2 days. - Longer wipes: Starting with the wipe this Friday (29th July) the official PvP servers will wipe every 2 weeks instead of every week. The same changes are also coming to CryoSmall!
Patch notes: Changes: - Double-clicking on the recipe icon in the manufacturer's recipes list will select the recipe. - PvP: Floor is no longer damageable when the base is under shield protection. Please note: shield prevents damage ONLY to the: walls, doors, turrets, floor (but not farm plots); secure everything else with walls to prevent damage. - Quest: Secure better water source — building a well will also satisfy the quest conditions. - Updated .NET 6 Runtime to version 6.0.7.
New server rates: - "[Resources] [PvP] Deposit lifetime duration" (configured in seconds) — defines the lifetime of oil/Li deposits (available only on PvP servers). - "[PvP] Base S.H.I.E.L.D. protection duration" (configured in seconds) — defines the max duration of the shield protection.
Fixes: - PvP: Fixed an issue when joining the server while you have a base under raided sometimes resulted in a broken UI. - It was not possible to place farm plots over the charred ground (marks left after explosions). - Copying world coordinates from the world map was not perfectly accurate.

Official PvP servers wipe
We would like to inform you that all the official PvP servers have been wiped today as scheduled and awaiting for you to join in a fresh round of PvP battles!
This time Global PvP and other official PvP servers have a smaller map—the same map which was successfully used on the CryoSmall community server for the last several months ("Duality" map created by SavingPrivatePyle, see the image below). You will have more fights, without the need to travel far looking for an opponent.
The faction size limit has been reduced to 15 members max (the map is not too big to allow bases for large teams).
Also, the CryoSmall North America community server was discontinued due to a low online number. We hope players will focus on the remaining servers, which will help to boost their online population.
After this weekend, please join Official CryoFall Discord and provide your feedback in the #pvp channel. We will consider adjusting server settings to ensure better gameplay for the next wipe!

It's a major event that brings many players to compete with each other, starting from a common point. On these fast-paced 5X servers, you can focus on fights and raids non-stop which is the most fun aspect of the gameplay in PvP. Recovering after getting raided is also much easier.
Official PvE servers—now wiping every 12 weeks
Likewise, all official PvE servers will also have their regular wipe on the same day. Unlike the PvP servers, however, PvE servers have their regular scheduled wipes with longer intervals for relaxed and creative gameplay. This time we are aiming for 12 weeks cycle instead, previously PvE servers had 6 weeks cycle duration. Feel free to join any of the official PvE servers for a fresh round of economic and technological competition and race to reach the highest faction score on any of the regional PvE servers.

Discontinued servers
With this wipe, we will discontinue Asia PvP server in favor of other PvP servers. Official South America servers are not discontinued, however, we had to change our hosting provider in São Paulo which may affect your ping and overall connection quality in a better or worst way depending on the international routing for your local ISP.
