May 13 patch notes

This patch updates the following:

  • Added new lighting for the first (main HUB) level.
  • Updated unlocking new dungeon portals to also show new (fire torch) lights.
  • Replaced the Skeleton Mage's Bind ability with a new Shadowflame ability. The previous ability worked alright, but didn't offer the SM class a good spell overall for their skillset. This new ability hopefully looks more asthetically pleasing while also being more enjoyable for the player because of the damage dealt to enemies. Pressing R now activates Shadowflame for the same 50 mana, 15 sec cooldown as before.

May 12 patch notes


  1. Updated the first level so that dungeons are more accessible now in a circular HUB environment.
  2. Fixed other small bugs.
  3. Updated the introductory main menu scene with new decorations (Vincent the dog now rests on the rug instead of walking through the snow).

May 9 patch notes

This patch updates the following:

  • Added new desert dungeon for the last set of dungeons.
  • Modified the loading screen progress bar UI so that it works more reliably.
  • Added new optimziations for lighting and FPS for every scene.
  • Fixed other small bugs.

May 7 second patch (hotfox)

Fixed a bug that could prevent the player from starting a new or loaded profile unless they had hit the Continue button first.

May 7 patch notes

This patch updates the following:

  • Added a new Myrddin talent tree UI. These abilities are not implemented yet and will be finished in the next several patches.


  • Fixed an error causing the Continue from last save button to not work correctly.
  • Fixed the font resolution for the 'Level Up!' text.
  • Modified the previous snow biome and added it back to the game as a new explorable dungeon. The player must complete this snow dungeon as the first of the series by finding an item that grants the player double experience gained from enemies.
  • Fixed a bug that caused certain classes to show the wrong abilities in the spellbook.
  • Added a new Steam achievement for finishing all of the first 5 Tower Dungeons.
  • Added a respawning algorithm for the main hub scene so that the player will always spawn back into the scene near the dungeons in their current quest log.

April 12 patch notes

  • Updated icon HUD nav progression based on dungeons completed.

  • Updated quest log to provide better information about the current objectives.
  • Added visual effects to the random totems.

March 28 patch notes


  • Fixed TAB profile not displaying correctly in the tutorial.
  • Added new talent tree abilities for the knight:

    1. Improved perfect defense reflects damage to attackers near the player
    2. Improved knight armor increases the player's armor
    3. Added a shield charge ability. Holding the block (right mouse) button for 2 seconds will grant the player extra damage on their next attack.
